“It’s automated but you would think you’d get greeted while you’re in there and if you look stuck like I was you would think someone would ask if you needed help which they did not. Took me over 20 minutes to figure out what I was doing. I love Crumbl but won’t be returning to this location. At least the cookies were delish.“

“I ordered a 10" round strawberry flavored cake for my daughter's 15th Birthday and it was so delicious, moist, just perfect! Everyone enjoyed it, especially the Birthday girl!“

“Cookies were unique and taste great. I have an issue with the service. I came from out of town and walked it to get 4 dozen cookies, one of each flavor per dozen. The woman helping me was friendly but said it would take 20 mins to box them up. I came back 40 mins later and they still weren't boxed.

When I finally got them, they weren't one of each flavor in the boxes, but 4 flavors of each in the boxes. I had to sort them all out in my car to create the variety boxes I had asked for which wasn't easy because some of the cookies look the same and I wasn't sure what they were. Very frustrating.

I was told I could place an order online but this was a last minute drive by at the request of one of my customers. If I visit again I'd definitely order online to avoid the frustration and hassle.“

“Went there earlier today at 7:30 AM and they were closed. The sign on the window said they would be closed Friday August 15th but nothing about being closed on Wednesday August 13. I recommend you call first before driving there (20 minutes for me).“
