We placed an order via Uber Eats for four 24 oz cups, each with a different flavor, and paid $60 for it. However, we received four 10 oz cups that were only half-filled. When I tried to contact the store, a woman named Sarah told me twice that the manager was unavailable. This is incredibly disappointing and feels like a complete rip-off. We paid for four full 24 oz cups and received the equivalent of just two scoops per cup!

The Baskin-Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts is my favorite place for a treat. Either it's ice cream or donuts. They have some of the best in town. I have three shops that I visit, and they all have the friendliest staff, and they are more than willing to make pretty much whatever you want. I love their tea. I go enough that they know my voice when I order. Go by any of them and see if you don't get that kid in the candy shop feeling.
Kid-friendliness: They have several kid friendly desserts, as well as pastries. Depending on which shop you go to.
Wheelchair accessibility: All of them have wheelchair accessibility right in front of the shop.
The ice cream cake i picked up today looks absolutely awful its very embarrassing to even give to my niece for her 13th birthday. Not to mention the girls working in there would rather play around than Do their jobs.

Clean place. The employees were friendly and patient with the little kids. The ice cream tastes good, and at the right temperature.

Horrible. We were the only customers in the store. The cashier was rude and ignored us until we said something. She was rude as we were ordering. She then touched the banana with her bare hands without washing them. To top it all off, she immediately started helping a customer at the drive thru while we stood there with our ice cream melting waiting to pay. There was another associate working that had already started working with that person. They seemed to be closing early (before 7:30) as they locked the door and were eating donuts when we left.
