Horrible. We were the only customers in the store. The cashier was rude and ignored us until we said something. She was rude as we were ordering. She then touched the banana with her bare hands without washing them. To top it all off, she immediately started helping a customer at the drive thru while we stood there with our ice cream melting waiting to pay. There was another associate working that had already started working with that person. They seemed to be closing early (before 7:30) as they locked the door and were eating donuts when we left.

Twice we have ordered from here and twice we have received the wrong items and missing items. They do not answer the phone nor do they care to resolve the issue.If you want to eat whatever they are willing to give you then I guess this is the store for you.

Employee must have been a new hire, she used her finger to remove the ice cream from the scoop into the pitcher to make a milkshake. I had already paid for it asked for money back, but they said they could not refund it. Not happy!

I ordered a cake 48 hrs in advance. Paid $44. Got a text 24hrs later that my order cannot be completed. I show up for my refund they tell me they cant do it i need to come back when the general manager is in but no one could tell me when they will be in. Now this place is out of the way from my home and anything i do and gas is expensive. I have called over a dozen times the past 3 days and no one will answer and voice mail is full. This is was my first time ever getting a cake and not making a cheap one. It was for a special occasion. I will never use this shop again.
The best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to and I have been to several stores being military and this store is my favorite. I went to celebrate my birthday and the worker named Taylor helped me get the perfect caramel ice-cream flavor. Taylor went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special!

I got Dunkin donuts but the one I went to me an my ol man got hustled for 6$ ...I can say that boy is good tho....but not worth going back to that one go to the one on 15th
