I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When my group walked in with an hour left before closing, we were immediately met with attitude from the employee on shift, Yasmen. She rolled her eyes as we entered, did not make eye contact, and her tone was noticeably snappy and rude throughout the interaction.
What stood out most was the unprofessional comment, “oh child,” when other customers walked in, as if she was frustrated people were coming in during business hours. It was not busy, and we were well within the posted time frame, so I do not understand the hostility.
If Yasmen is unhappy with working night shifts or dealing with customers during open hours, perhaps customer service is not the right fit. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of attitude can turn people away from coming back.

The world’s BEST #icecream served up by the world’s friendliest servers, Yasmin and Keisha! These two sweet ladies took extra time with us and made our outing at #baskinandrobbins so fun and yummy! All it takes is a little kindness and mutual respect and those smiles could literally #savetheworld !

Ordered a cake for my adult daughter. Was expecting the oreo cake with just pink Happy Birthday writing in center. Got a gorgeously decorated all pink with flowers cake! It was just beautiful! I was very impressed!

CAN BR STOCK JUST COFFEE ICE CREAM???I don't want chunks of chocolate in it.I don't want oreos in it.I just want coffee ice cream. And I don't want to find out that they don't have the chocolate one but they have the oreo one when I get to the window after I asked at the speaker, "Do you have coffee ice cream today?" with the employee saying "Yes".Why stock only pre-mixed flavored ice creams when you can add toppings and have single flavors (like vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry) and add different flavors of scoops if you want more flavors?
This lady was very cheerful and provided excellent customer service!

I hate to be that person. But you may want to check your crew that's working on Saturday night. I came through 23 mins before 10pm and they locked the doors in my face... so I rate this place as horrible custermor service ?
