And I don't want to find out that they don't have the chocolate one but they have the oreo one when I get to the window after I asked at the speaker, "Do you have coffee ice cream today?" with the employee saying "Yes".Why stock only pre-mixed flavored ice creams when you can add toppings and have single flavors (like vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry) and add different flavors of scoops if you want more flavors?

Good stop and a great interaction with the staff, when they were out of stock of what we wanted Kisha offered alternatives to keep us happy! She was polite and had a big smile, even at 8pm

I hate to be that person. But you may want to check your crew that's working on Saturday night. I came through 23 mins before 10pm and they locked the doors in my face... so I rate this place as horrible custermor service ?

I took my youngest two grandsons for some ice cream and the lady behind the counter was very nice. She gave the boys samples of ice cream that they wanted to try. Then she made our order and I gave her a five dollar tip for being so patient and so nice while doing such a good job.

Waited way to long for icecream, while an employee swept the lobby while never coming to the window to let us know anything. Another employee walked in from outside and told her to go to the window.They have no idea what they are doing. Over 10min for a milkshake and icecream cup is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

The worst baskin robin ever. Ice cream is kind of melt, and no waffle cones at all. Is a shame. Used to be my favorite ice cream. Not any more.

Waited a long time to get any service. One lady was busy working the drive thru window, while the other lady was on her cellphone not acknowledging us or the other customers. The lady working drive thru had to tell her to come help us. To make it even worse we realized on our way home that the waffle cone the ice cream was put in for my daughter was stale. Not just a little bit but disgustingly stale. Absolutely thr worst experience. Would never recommend nor do I plan on returning.
Butter pecan icecream ? was bland, no real flavor at all. It did have a generous amount of pecans, just very blah un-buttery basic flavored icecream ?

I waited for almost 10 minutes inside the store and no one greeted me. I was the only one there and 3 cars in the drive thru. There were three people working and one was training the other. Tip: If you’re going to train, train on greeting costumers when they walk in.

Honestly, I would not order from there again. They very unsanitary. I literally saw a woman working in the drive thru lick her hand and wipes it off with her pants. I'm was so in disbelief and disgusted.

We went by there at 8:30 and they were already closed. The chairs were on the table and no one was there even though the sign stated they were closed at 9. I will not recommend them to anyone!!

Great place to stop for all your sugary treats. Coffees, donuts, and super yummy ice cream! Tried the grilled peaches and cream. Holy smokes that's some good stuff!
