Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Best ice cream in the world. We love this place

This ice cream shop is a void of any customer service, when I picked up an ice cream cake for a birthday, and it was not what I ordered and was basically told take it or leave it, and after t took it, I then was called by either the manager or the owner and asked to bring it back and it would be fixed. When I arrived back to the store I was then being told by this psycho that called me back to fix the cake of which she had no intention to do, I think she just wanted the cake back to play some kind of power trip game because I told her employee that I was going to post a bad review on their shop, anyway after all her drama about the review, she says with her psycho attitude that she would not fix the cake but that she would just give me a refund, well that was a month ago. Brusters still has failed to refund my money, I have spoken with the corporate office and was told I would absolutely get my money refunded and that they didn’t tolerate their customers being treated in such a manner and they would speak directly to the owner and make sure it was done well, it still hasn’t happened, my next step is an attorney. Panama City find another ice cream shop, you won’t get the customer service you deserve here!!

Terrible service, asked about non dairy options, and got attitude from the guy. Would never go back. The Ice cream was also trash/ tasted old

Their southern banana pudding ice cream tastes so real & authentic & delicious! Best ice cream I’ve ever had & Im in my 40’s.

Came out our way to visit Bruster’s to get sugar free ice cream because they advertise it online (they even have it advertised on their billboard). But they didn’t have any available and were far too busy gossiping and talking to each other rather than waiting on customers. We left and won’t be back - zero stars.

Come hungry because they are big portions but reasonable on price! Very delicious and friendly staff!

Lots of flavors to choose and tons of variety if you don't want a cone. Like sundaes, splits, blizzard like things. ❤️

I visited here a couple times and always get a banana split, tonight I wanted something different but couldn't decide so I let the young lady at the drive thru window surprise me with a sundae of her choice and she did not disappoint. I got a strawberry shortcake sundea that was delicious. I wish I would have got the young lady's name. But thank you for making that for me.

The attendant should not stick a "give a tip" pad in your face before you get your ice cream. The ice cream has always been good, and I don't mind tipping for friendly,or good service, but it makes you feel like you have to tip or get bad service.
