Their southern banana pudding ice cream tastes so real & authentic & delicious! Best ice cream I’ve ever had & Im in my 40’s.

Came out our way to visit Bruster’s to get sugar free ice cream because they advertise it online (they even have it advertised on their billboard). But they didn’t have any available and were far too busy gossiping and talking to each other rather than waiting on customers. We left and won’t be back - zero stars.

Come hungry because they are big portions but reasonable on price! Very delicious and friendly staff!

Really delicious ice cream and fresh made waffle cones.

Lots of flavors to choose and tons of variety if you don't want a cone. Like sundaes, splits, blizzard like things. ❤️

Our dogs had pup cups, which they loved

The most friendly staff. Thank you so much!

I visited here a couple times and always get a banana split, tonight I wanted something different but couldn't decide so I let the young lady at the drive thru window surprise me with a sundae of her choice and she did not disappoint. I got a strawberry shortcake sundea that was delicious. I wish I would have got the young lady's name. But thank you for making that for me.

The attendant should not stick a "give a tip" pad in your face before you get your ice cream. The ice cream has always been good, and I don't mind tipping for friendly,or good service, but it makes you feel like you have to tip or get bad service.

We have stopped by a few times and the ice cream is always great. Staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere is fun and casual. Definitely a great spot to grab a cold treat after a day at the beach.

Ordered online yesterday so I didn’t have to wait forever in person. Said it would be ready in 20 mins so I gave them an extra 5 knowing they would probably need it. I got there and it wasn’t at the pickup spot. I had to wait at least another 20 mins without anyone asking me anything while they took other orders. After serving customers they finally got to me and grabbed my pick up out the refrigerator. I live 5 mins away and ate it when I got home. I am not lactose intolerant yet I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst stomachache I’ve ever had. I didn’t even finish all my banana split but I think it’s contaminated and gave me food poisoning. I threw up in the middle of the night. Here it is apx 18 hrs later and I have to be in bed from the debilitating stomach pain. I can’t even drink water and didn’t have this day to waste sick, in pain and in bed qtr to 1pm on a Sunday when I ordered it after dinner last night. If I had health insurance I’d be in the ER getting tested for Listeria but I’m not paying that bill, should be the ice cream shop. I got my ice cream maybe an hour after I ordered it by the time they retrieved it from their refrigerator. Probably melted and re”frozen”. They only had a couple workers so I wasn’t trying to be rude to anyone about the wait but when it makes people ill because temps probably weren’t right in Panama City Beach heat, it is NOT okay. The pain is so severe I couldn’t even sit, had to lay back down. I’ll never order from this place ever again.

My family and I had the opportunity to visit Bruster's Real Ice Cream during our summer vacation, and I can safely say that it was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Located on a charming corner, Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a true ice cream lover's paradise, offering a variety of flavors and combinations that delight all palates.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a happy and welcoming atmosphere. The sweet aroma of fresh ice cream instantly enveloped us, drawing us towards the counter where a wide selection of homemade ice cream awaited us. My two children, full of excitement, couldn't wait to choose their favorite flavors.

I opted for the classic Banana Split, a masterpiece that did not disappoint. Three generous scoops of ice cream, topped with fresh banana, chocolate sauce, caramel and strawberry, all topped with a mound of whipped cream, crushed pecans and a cherry. Each bite was an explosion of flavor that took me back to my childhood, enjoying ice cream on warm summer afternoons.

My wife, who has a more adventurous taste, decided to try one of the special flavors of the month: Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. The combination of the creaminess of the cheese with the tartness of the fresh strawberries was simply divine. Each spoonful was a perfect balance between sweet and tart, leaving a refreshing sensation on the palate.

Our kids, of course, leaned toward more fun options. My oldest son chose the Oreo ice cream, a delight full of crunchy pieces of the famous cookie, mixed with the creamy ice cream. Seeing her face light up with every bite was a joy for us. My youngest son, always the most creative, decided on a rainbow ice cream, a colorful and tasty concoction that reflected his lively and energetic personality.

As we sat at the outdoor tables, enjoying the warm summer sun, we couldn't help but feel grateful for those shared moments. Laughter, stories and, of course, lots of ice cream, made our visit to Bruster's Real Ice Cream an unforgettable experience.

The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, patient and clearly passionate about what they do. They made us feel at home, and their enthusiasm for ice cream was contagious. They gave us recommendations and allowed us to try several flavors before making our final decisions.

In short, Bruster's Real Ice Cream is not just an ice cream shop; It is a place where memories are created. The quality of the ice cream, the variety of flavors and the warmth of the staff made our visit special. If you are in the area and looking for an extraordinary ice cream experience, I definitely recommend visiting Bruster's Real Ice Cream. It's a place where simple moments become treasured memories, and where every scoop of ice cream brings a smile. We can't wait to go back!
