Had a wonderful dinner here!!! Our waiter was named Cole and he was AMAZING!!! All staff was attentive and kind! Food was excellent!!!
The absolute WORST experience!!
Stopped in for a quick lunch today that turned into over 2 hours and much disappointment. After over an hour (no refills, no waiter coming to check on us) we were finally told our order never got put in the computer. When we finally got our food over an hour 1/2 later, the adult plates were COLD !! We were told “the sauce is supposed to be cold” but the chicken wings ?! Very poor service. We love our BWW back home and have enjoyed all restaurants...read full review
