This review is for the BWW of Pier Park in Panama City Beach! What can I say? Our experience was the absolute worst dining experience we have ever had. The food itself was just ok, the service was HORRENDOUS! Got seated quick enough but the waitress took forever to get our drinks, then took forever to ask if we wanted appetizers, THEN took FOREVER, to take our order. I'm not kidding, that whole process took an hour. When we finally got our food my husband's was wrong and it took forever to get her to come back to the table. Twice she looked right at him when he had his hand in the air trying to get her attention! Then another 45 minutes for him to get his food. And to top all of that off, the already figured in gratuity of 18% is just incredulous! That's BS to figure that in before you even finish. I should have refused to pay the 18% as she did not deserve that much as gratuity is supposed to be for a job well done. Stay away from that one

We have been coming to this location for few years and it’s been hit or miss but lately it’s been really good. Today we had a really good time, the waiter named Adrian was so wonderful the food came out hot and on time ask he made my kids laugh and after we left they both said that he’s the nicest guy ever!! He’s def a ray of sunshine! Also I wanted to mention that the manager at this location is awesome i had an issue with a takeout order few weeks ago and he made sure to make it right…

Not as good as I thought wings are too breaded even the traditional are hard to bite into, service took forever but our waiter was super nice, dirty loud atmosphere but hey its a sports bar type restaurant

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I'm still fuming after our disastrous visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that something was off. Our server, Kurt, seemed completely disinterested in helping us, and his attitude was abysmal. Every time we asked for something, he'd roll his eyes and mutter under his breath. It was like he was doing us a favor by breathing the same air as us.

But the attitude was just the tip of the iceberg. The food was an absolute disaster. We ordered a bunch of wings and fries, expecting the usual B-Dubs fare. But when the food arrived, it was clear that it had been sitting out for a while. The wings were cold, the fries were soggy, and the sauce was congealed. It was like they had just thrown the food on the plate and hoped for the best.

And then, things took a turn for the worse. Kurt was sweating profusely, to the point where it was visibly dripping down his face. I'm talking rivulets of sweat, people. It was like he had just run a marathon or something. And then, he reached out to hand me a napkin, and his sweat dripped directly onto my hand. I mean, come on. That's just basic hygiene 101. Given the poor service, cold food, and unsanitary conditions, we won't be back. If you value cleanliness and good service, you might want to avoid this location. It's a shame, because the concept is great, but the execution is clearly lacking. Maybe it's time for some new staff and a refresher course in basic customer service?

I went to this location with a couple of friends and we first of all got over charged. One member of our party got charged $5 for a singular cup of ranch. And along with that our waiter threw our silverware on the table. Along with the fact that EVERY member of my party got food poisoning for at least 3 days.

Service was terrible food took to long because apparently regardless of when the food comes in the smallest amount of food gets dropped first. Example my mother ordered 10 wings and 3 separate parties came in after us and ordered 6 wings. 45 min wasted due to the kitchen being lazy and not wanting to cook the food once the order comes into the kitchen

Not satisfied with our experience. Wait time wasn’t long for 4 people but the restaurant had trash all over the floor and food wasn’t super fresh. The worst part was the service, nice waitress but she only came around once every 20 minutes which prolonged our eating experience. Will not be back to this one

We placed an order to go and it was ready on time. Food was great. The tater tots were perfect. We ordered several of the value bundles to feed a group of 8 which was a great way to get a variety and was a reasonable price.

Server didn’t greet me and my friends properly or at all.. told us the carbonation was out so there was no “soda” my wings came out 30 min after everyone else’s food did. He only came to us 2 times and didn’t ask if we needed anything else… he never mentioned his name we had to get a different server multiple times… and then we finally talked to the manager and she was really sweet:) probably won’t be coming back again though it was such poor service

I'll start this off by saying our server, Kirk, was great! Friendly and attentive, he did a good job. However, the restaurant itself was FILTHY!! We were there on a Friday afternoon around 3pm. We ordered cheese curds and fried pickles as appetizers. The fried pickles were OK but the cheese curds was such a small amount, we laughed. Especially for $12! The wings were good, nothing special. The restrooms and building overall were disgusting! We wont be back!

My husband, our 2 girls and myself are down for vacation and we decided on B-Dubs for dinner on 7/12/25. Our server Prince was awesome! Very attentive and polite!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I came in at 8p on June 12.

The hostess said she could seat me right away for a party of 2.

We proceeded to booth seating inside, I asked her if I could sit on the patio and she said it would be a 5 to 10 min wait.

I said ok and gave her my number to add to the wait list.

At 8:20 she said my table was ready, I walked up to the booth and she proceeded to walk me to the same inside booth seating.

I said ma'am I asked for the patio, she said sorry the patio is unavailable. I said ma'am I just waited 20 mins because you told me to wait for the patio now you saying no.

At 8:25p I asked to speak to the manager, after waiting til 8:35p I asked another employee to speak to the manager.

At 8:50 another employee came to me and said the manager is too busy to come speak with me.

I explained to the regular employee, how unprofessional it was for the hostess to lie to me and waste my time also how unprofessional it was for the manager to not speak with me

4 minutes later the regular employee did something and at 8:54p I was sat on the patio.

I could've walked out and ate anywhere but I wanted to see how far this establishment would take being rude and unprofessional.
