I was waiting in a booth for 1hr waiting for my food while there wasn’t even much people in the restaurant, then just for my food to be mediocre and cold. Unexceptional BWW do better.

i want to say that Glenda or linda was very unprofessional and was very rude on not only one but two occasions of coming into this establishment and i want to be greeted by someone who is actually nice and professional unlike this woman please fire her.

Unbelievable slow service. We went on a Monday night. There were more waitresses than parties, but somehow we waited an hour for food. Honestly felt forgotten and that we could have walked out without anyone knowing. Our waitress, even having just us as a table, would disappear for long stretches. Food was super rushed when it did arrive and everything was overly spicy. Super disappointed, and not up to normal BW3 standards.

Understaffed. Waited 20 minutes along with other families for a hostess to show up to be seated. Once we were waited on, the drink orders were forgotten about. A different server apprared and took our order. The wait was reasonable, but the food came out cold. Crowd capacity was 60 to 70%. Tables and chairs were available while our family was dining, including at the bar.

Wanted to raise the stated issues with management but it appeared there were only two associates working in the dining area. On the plus side, it appeared that all of the TVs were working and it smelled clean, like chlorine, which I appreciate.

Food was good. However, our server Jaylen had terrible service. Maybe he was just busy but I watched him sit at the bar while my table waited 30+ minutes for the check. we didnt complain about a single thing but yet he still had an attitude

Food was great. They had it came out just as we asked. Service was wonderful. They accommodate us by pulling table for us. Our server was amazing we didn't even have to ask for refill. Refill was given before we were out. Atmosphere get great. Would love to come back again if I was ever to come back to Panama FL.

I was in vacation and when I returned for my home and check my credit card! Get the surprise!!! You charged me $60 per a food that valued $44 in the maximum!!! 02 Hamburguers, 02 Pepsi and 01 juice for my daugther!!!

Every employer in Pier Park is experiencing issues with help. Our visit today was wonderful. Sure, they were busy and food ran late. But all staff was busting their butts to keep up and their attitudes were great. Liza up front was covering 4 positions and our server, April, had the attitude of an angel. Keep patronizing, be patient...this food option is a great one!!
