It’s really your average Buffalo Wild Wings but the location is what makes it great. The food was exceptionally good and we got seated quickly after getting there. My only issue is that the server repeatedly forgot to refill my drink but it was still a good experience.
I love the wings and different sauces. But the lack of military respect is kind of a downer to veterans. Atleast this veteran

Ridiculously terrible service… by random?Went here the night of 13 Apr 2024, a Saturday night. Surprisingly not super slammed. Were seated immediately upon entering, but that’s when it all went downhill. After 10 minutes sitting at our table looking around for a member of the wait staff to at least take our drink order we were getting a little concerned that maybe one was never coming. It was around this time that another group was sat down at the table next to ours though, and suddenly someone appeared from the back within seconds to start taking their order. Perturbed by not only how long we had already waited, but now also the fact that we weren’t being helped in the order that we were seated, we decided it was in our best interest to leave. So that’s what we did. Red Robin had us seated and our orders taken within 5 minutes of arriving. We haven’t tried going to a BWW in a long time, and this was a harsh reminder as to why. Hopefully we will remember to continue avoiding it next time we’re hungry and see one nearby.

Have had two really horrible experiences in the past week. Went for my fiancés birthday & were treated poorly, missing items, and given cold food.Waited over an hour for food, never even refilled our drinks , spoke to a manager about possibly fixing the screw up and received a 25 dollar gift certificate to come back to the restaurant when we spent double that amount should have just gotten a refund to begin with.Well round two we decided to order to-go assuming it could have just been a bad sit down experience but the to-go experience was just as bad, ordered boneless wings with fries & celery and carrots, given the wrong wings and missing celery and carrots, given nothing but attitude when ordering food since I was using my gift certificate and even worse attitude when they realized they messed up for the second time. The staff including manager this evening were very unprofessional and rude. I would NOT recommend this establishment to any friends or family and I’ve lived in pcb for 24 years.

Myself and daughters were visiting Panama for spring break, we eat here everytime we come into town. But this time it was not good at all. The wings were drowning in sauce, fries was hot, asked if we could come inside for a table because it was cold outside and they said no because it was a 15 min wait. So we ate outside cold!
Wait 10 mins after the greeter got me a table. No one came to take my order. I left.The place smells like sweat.

Biggest woman’s basketball game in history, and no one will answer the phone to let us know if they’re staying open for the game. It is ridiculous that they would not change their hours to suit this event.

Well Google you made it almost impossible to find the path to write a review but I didn't quit because it would have been terribly unfair to our server Shelby. She was so attentive and pleasant. We had two small children in our party and they are sometimes undecided when it comes time to order. Shelby showed great patience. Our order came out with the plates still hot. She was very timely checking at the table at just the right moment to see if we needed another beverage or desert. She's a great employee, if I ran a restaurant in this area I would steal her away!
