Signs and google says closes at 12 midnight. Went at 11:15 no answer at drive through but could see workers just sitting down inside chillin. Guess they just decide to not work an hr before closing.

New owners fired most hard working person there work on days off stay over n etc while others called off for no reason came smelling and got asst manger that does nothing but take orders. Co works messing up the money so much to say new owner know nothing about the stuff thst happening in this store. Manger doesn't know how to do her Job cause she allow the ppl messing up while 1 person the cook came in and did alot while others didn't care about the business they dhow up late or just leave or etc messing up orders cause they don't care best employee was new guy Develon only person that show up on time n did his job and more made no excuses so looks like ckj has things they need to answer they was wrong need to put Develon back to work where food doesn't suck or the service n more

This was the Worst BK experience Ever…The girl at the drive thru Kerry-Ann had the worst attitude along with the service! We were visiting from out of town and we waited in the drive thru for approximately 25-30 minutes for cheeseburgers. She parked us and she brought out 1 bag at a time to other cars that ordered AFTER us!!!!!!! I got out to go in and our food was just sitting and she still tried to give it to me….And it was COLD!!!!!!! I refused it and asked for my money back….No apologies…No Customer Service etiquette At All!!!!!! She needs to be trained before she deals with any more customers!!!!!

I showed up at 1209 to place my order first in the drive thru but my order wasnt taken first. Then I was told after my order was placed and get to the drive thru no dr pepper. I was asked.to sit in parking space 1 and my order would be brought to me. That didnt happen. I went inside to find out about my order the order was missed and deleted from the screen. . I just got back to my office being a block over at 1235 pm and I only receive a 30 minute lunch. Needless to say I was late getting back and the food is not great. Fries were not fresh and my whopper Junior was cold .. I paid for cheese and no tomato on my sandwich well I got.no cheese and there was a tomato..i get people make mistakes but this is absolutely absurd

Deshawn took my order and was so pleasant and friendly. Josh brought my order out and was also pleasant. My food was hot and fresh and it didn't take too long.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! THEY DON’T LISTEN TO YOU AND DO WHAT THEY WANT. THEY PARK EVERY SINGLE CAR FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH, THEN HAVE A LADY TAKE IT OUT TO THE CARS (LADY IS SITTING AT A TABLE DRAWING ON A NOTEPAD). I TOLD THE MANAGER OFF THE BROILER AND PROCEEDS TO TELL ME WE JUST DROPPED SOME MEAT EARLIER, SO NO NOT PUTTING THAT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I GET THE FOOD AND OR SANDWICHES WERE COLD , NOT CUT IN HALF AS ASKED TO DO SO. WE REQUESTED FOR THE BURGERS TO BE PUT IN THE MICROWAVE AND THE MANAGER THREW THEM OUT AND SAID SHE WOULD DO THEM OVER. SHE GIVES US THE SANDWICHES WHICH ARE STILL SEMI COLD AND AGAIN NOT CUT IN HALF. MY PARTNER GOT UP TO ASK FOR A KNIFE AND SHE HANDS HER THE BIG BREAD KNIFE FROM THE KITCHEN!! THAT IS INSANE! YOU DON’T HAND OVER A POTENTIAL WEAPON TO A CUSTOMER. THE COOK LOOKED UPSET AND TALKED GARBAGE BECAUSE HIS MANAGER HAS TO DO HIS JOB. I SPENT OVER $40 FOR BAD SERVICE AND FOOD! ALL THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY ON 08/13/2025 AROUND 11AM.

Update: Everything was really 100 times better than last and probably even with in the last 4 years or so. Still tables were a little dirty. But service was FAST. Good job to today's crew!!!
