The owner of this franchise is losing thousands of dollars by not staffing the facility adequately. There is 1 person working in the morning, and she CAN NOT multi-task. She will take an order, and tell the next person to wait. I waited 5 minutes at the speaker. When I got frustrated and left, she was just serving the car ahead of me. I know a lot of people on the Navy base who have said they would go to BK if there was any attempt at adequate service

Service has continuously went downhill, You're almost nervous to go to this Burger King before you go, because you know there's a 50% chance you're waiting 15 to 20 minutes, even if there's no cars in the drive-thru, and nobody in the restaurant.

I went to the drive through and ordered and was told to pull over to the wait parking. After 15 minutes watching other cars come through i went inside. They told me they can't find my order so I asked for a refund. The lady took my card and came back in a few minutes and acted like she had given me a refund. Checking later the money was never put back in my account. Having to wait is one thing but being lied to takes it to another level. I left hungry and out the money I paid for a Whopper I never received. Unfortunately I will never return to this location and will share my experience with anyone that will listen.

What is up with this burger king, they can't get it right and it has been this way since before Covid. They couldn't figure out who was working the counter when we walked in and then i got the mushroom and Swiss melt and it's not even grilled!

Like other reviews before me, the wait time was horrific. Taking the fast out of fast food. Waited in the driver through for approximately 14 minutes behind another customer. No customers visible inside. If management for this location ever reviews this, you need to prioritize customer interaction. I see no other reason for how slow it took to handle 2 customers in a drive through line. When I did make it to the window, I was directed to pull to the side. This is to keep the stores drive through timer down as a sensor is below the window. Cheeky move by slow establishment.

Don't bother going truly
Twice I've waited behind one car for over 10 minutes and even they haven't ordered. I go inside two customers I waited another 5 and they havent moved from the line. I left
Now it happened again! They never answer the box, poor dude was asking them to talk so he knew it was working. Snail pace slow with no cars in the parking lot
Now they don't even answer the box in the drive through to say "wait" it was just dead silent
The employees don't care, neither does management. Shut it down as Gordon Ramsay says

This Burger King deserves the best rating they’re very nice, the service is great and the food is excellent and hot fresh just how I love eating my food this was 3 or 4 weeks ago ❤️❤️❤️❤️????

Waited in line for 15 min at 12:30 then drive off as the very long line had not moved. Just a thought BK, maybe have some staff for lunch rush.

They need to hire some people at this location. I come in here often on my lunch break and at least a couple of times they only had two people working. That's a pretty busy time to only have a couple of people (between 11 am and 1 when it's super busy) and the workers do what they can so it's not THEIR fault. They are running and apologizing for orders being late but they have no help. You can spend a whole 20 mins just waiting to get your food.
