Drive through experience was bad for both the times that I came here. First time drink order was messed up and second time, didn't need to wait minutes to be attended to on a slow morning where I just wanted an iced coffee. It's amazing how management still doesn't do anything about this burger king location after all it's bad reviews.

I thought this site was under new management but oh my goodness, they need some new employees. I went through the drive through on Friday, 7/18/25 and unfortunately ordered on the mobile app! If I hadn't, I would have left! Took 37 minutes!!! INSANE!!!

Slowest drive thru ever, took so long we couldn't even bother to ask to fix one of our wrong wraps. Slightly incompetent. Maybe work on having more than 2 workers if you cant even handle slow times.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 rating . I was the only one in the drive through and 3 cars in the parking lot . Pulled up and they came on and said we will be with you in a few minutes. I sat there 15 minutes . Still the only one in the drive thru , I Backed up and pulled back up and they came on and said the same thing and I told them I had already been waiting 15 minutes . Sat there another 10 and drove up to the window . The guy inside saw me as I waited another 10 minutes and he never came to the window , so I drive off. This is not the 1st time I have had to wait . They have been short staffed for awhile , and just not in any kind of hurry and I have gave them the benefit of the doubt . After today , will not be back !

I’ve left this location now three times without being able to place an order because no one pays attention to the drive thru. Twice there was no one in the line or from what I could see in the store, and this third time, it took the person in front of me nearly 5 minutes for someone to take their order, and then asked me to wait to take mine. They literally never came back on the intercom, like they can’t handle more than one vehicle at a time, again, with not a single customer in the store. This location is either ridiculously understaffed or the staff has zero interest in taking customer orders. Will not be going back. Would leave zero stars if I could.

7/3/25 my wife and I are hungry so we pull into BK and there are only 2 young ladies working, and they are working their butt's off, short handed and doing everything and then some to make all of our hungry stomachs full. Thank you to these 2 young ladies. They need a raise!!!!

Every time I go to this location (been four times now) It’s always a 5 to 10 minute wait to even get helped in the drive-Through even when there’s no one else in line. Just went there today couldn’t get an answer from the intercom so I pulled up to the window and the lady gave me a nasty attitude and told me that she wasn’t on the headset because she was on the phone!! I don’t know what kind of Customer Service they teach nowadays, but Burger King does not have it!!!

I have to put this out there.
We were going to eat there but when we walked in the place smelled horrible like sewer the food was just awful. The health department need to inspect this place God I hope no one gets sick. This place needs to be shut down.
