It’s weird that yall care so little about the job you do but wouldn’t appreciate your food looking like this ???? Everything is too expensive to be wasting money on when this is what we get. Employees and management need to do better. Who trained yall ???

Placed an online order (bacon melt included)and went to pick it up to find out they are out of burgers completely only fried food. At first it wasn’t a problem because I thought they could swap the melt I paid for for a chicken sandwich or something nothing extra for the inconvenience only to find out they said they couldn’t do a swap I’d have to get a refund through the app which could take up to 36 hrs . That was the last of my money for rn ,my growling stomach can’t wait 24 -36hrs for a refund . They definitely need to have access to take menu options offline and what happened to giving customers a free item for issues out of their control??? Really could have just swapped it out for the chicken sandwhich

That only have 2 people in this place working at any given time. I'm not the type to leave reviews but I've been sitting here 30 minutes waiting at the window. The management socks. Do not order food here unless your wanting to kill a couple hours

Fries were cold...
It would be great if the Large fries were a LARGE order of fires, not just a smaller order of fries in a Large cup.
The 'Impossible Burger's is just that. NOT recommended.
Sweet Tea is SWEET.
Lady at Drive Thru was nice as could be :)

This is the trashiest fast food place I have ever been to. I ordered on the app for delivery and got a call from my Dasher saying they are trying to charge him for my order which I was already charged for and then refused to give my Dasher my order and then proceeded to cuss him out. And now it is like pulling teeth, trying to get my money back from this trash place.

Just went through the drive through and the manager refused to let me pay for my food and told me I had to go all the way around the drive through and stop at the first window luckily one of her EMPLOYEES seen this was ridiculous and let me pay at the USUAL window in the drive through . The way this lady conducts her business and professionalism is very sad and not very good at all . If your managing and your specific restaurant usually has problems why not make it better for a change instead? Or why not be polite instead of being on a power trip 100% will be calling corporate

I waited outside at a broken speaker for five minutes with no sign indicating it was out of order. After moving inside, I stood in line for 15 minutes, and still, no one was available to take my order. Frustrated, I went to the Wendy’s just 30 seconds down the street, where I received my order in five minutes.

Sat at the speaker for several minutes and told to hold twice. Keep in mind, there were no other customers. After ordering my money was taken and I was pulled forward. Again, no one else in line and no one in the lobby. Sat there for 10 minutes before being handed cold food. Unacceptable for 2pm.

I have not been impressed before, but recently I have noticed a marked improvement in service and quality. I also noticed the staff has changed to a more mature group with a team attitude KEEP UP THE GOOD
