What a great experience today at Burger King in Callaway. Day-day, the woman that was working the drive thru, was AWESOME!! Cheerful, considerate, just all-around lovely! One of our burgers was lacking cheese but that was the only slight error in our $43 order so I am more than ok with no cheese. Again, Day-day was awesome and did such a great job!

I waited 20 minutes for a large order of breakfast potatoes because it wouldn’t come through on the app even though it showed up on my phone as paidand when I did get them after paying again at the register I asked for syrup, I was given zesty sauce and ketchup

My wife recently went here for our daughter for a kids Cheeseburger meal, only for our daughter to choke on a piece of a plastic glove. We went back to the store and they never provided an incident report or anything. That is very dangerous and disgusting. No one reached back out to us to resolve the issue at hand.

Wonderful people there one of my favorite Burger Kings in bay county.
Been here multiple times and its constant bad service from manager cussing at staff saying threats to them and he's always forgetting food and then getting all worked up over his own mistake.

Set in drive-thru for 10 minutes and sat at sign to order for another 10 minutes before leaving to go you McDonald's Which I got food in 5 minutes And you wonder why you're Going Out of business.

It’s weird that yall care so little about the job you do but wouldn’t appreciate your food looking like this ???? Everything is too expensive to be wasting money on when this is what we get. Employees and management need to do better. Who trained yall ???
Placed an online order (bacon melt included)and went to pick it up to find out they are out of burgers completely only fried food. At first it wasn’t a problem because I thought they could swap the melt I paid for for a chicken sandwich or something nothing extra for the inconvenience only to find out they said they couldn’t do a swap I’d have to get a refund through the app which could take up to 36 hrs . That was the last of my money for rn ,my growling stomach can’t wait 24 -36hrs for a refund . They definitely need to have access to take menu options offline and what happened to giving customers a free item for issues out of their control??? Really could have just swapped it out for the chicken sandwhich
