I am hesitant to provide negative feedback, however, I must express my disappointment with this particular Burger King location. My experiences have consistently fallen short of expectations, with issues ranging from cold food to incorrect orders, and even missing items. I have yet to have a consistently positive experience.

Soon as we get to the drive thru, we get asked to wait for a minute. No problem. That minute turned into about 7 minutes. Cool. Still no issue. Just for another car to pull up to the other drive thru and get their order taken immediately. Then we pulled up to the window to let the window worker know what was going on, and she gone catch an attitude as is she wasn’t the one who asked us to wait to begin with! So you know what comes after a nasty attitude from a worker? Not being able to get the food that you left out your home for due to fear of retaliation

Food was terrible it was around 8:45am am an my wife and I food looked like it was made at 5:45 am. The food was soggy and Luke warm at best. Won't be going there again for breakfast.

What a great experience today at Burger King in Callaway. Day-day, the woman that was working the drive thru, was AWESOME!! Cheerful, considerate, just all-around lovely! One of our burgers was lacking cheese but that was the only slight error in our $43 order so I am more than ok with no cheese. Again, Day-day was awesome and did such a great job!

My wife recently went here for our daughter for a kids Cheeseburger meal, only for our daughter to choke on a piece of a plastic glove. We went back to the store and they never provided an incident report or anything. That is very dangerous and disgusting. No one reached back out to us to resolve the issue at hand.

Been here multiple times and its constant bad service from manager cussing at staff saying threats to them and he's always forgetting food and then getting all worked up over his own mistake.
