C Level - Seafood & Steakhouse Restaurant

The best food we’ve had the whole time we been here!!!

Disappointed from start to finish. We had a 6 PM reservation but still waited to be seated, and then they squeezed us into a table too small for our group. The table we were supposed to have sat empty until we flagged down our server, who had to find someone to help her move it. After finally placing our order, we waited nearly an hour for food while several tables that arrived after us were served first. We were a group of 11, including two toddlers, and most of us ordered simple dishes. They weren’t overly busy. The delay just didn’t make sense. When the food finally came, the burgers were undercooked, the prime rib was overcooked, and my gulf grouper was topped with a sad excuse for hollandaise and crab. It was a $10 add-on that made the dish inedible. When the server placed the plate in front of me, she must have seen the look on my face because she said, “I’ll see if I can get you some more crab.” I could tell instantly the hollandaise was off. Instead of being smooth and creamy, it was a watery, orange, oily mess poured over the fish. I told her right away that it was inedible. She asked if I had even tasted it, which I had, but there was clearly no need. It was obvious something was wrong. She eventually took it back, and the replacement came out in under five minutes. That only made us question why we had waited so long in the first place. Mediocre food, disorganized service, and no accountability. It was clear no one in charge was interested in turning the experience around. Not a single manager came to the table to check in or even acknowledge the issues. They removed the $10 charge, but that was the only gesture. We won’t be returning.

Found a hair in my food and was treated rudely about it! Owner came out and said no way a blond hair could be in it only blacks in the kitchen😡Waitress brought check and we were told to pay the gratuity that she already figured in. We have never been treated so rudely!!!!!!

We come here every time we are in PCB. Fabulous every single time. Service was great (thank you Jody!), crab legs were to die for, drinks were great too! Best part of the trip is going to C Level!!!

Amazing place with top tier food!!!

We went here for my daughter's birthday. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the rolls to the salads to the ribeyes, to the crab legs, and fish. We had a party of 8 and everyone was extremely happy with their meals. Large portion sizes and everything cooked to perfection. It was the best ribeye I've ever had at a restaurant. Our waiter, Tyler, was amazing!He went above and beyond. It was a fantastic experience and nice decor for taking pictures. We will definitely return each time we vacation in PCB.

We were ecstatic to find a place with fabulous, fresh seafood, sides made fresh from scratch, and key lime pie beyond our expectations. The service was so enjoyable with friendly conversation and caring for our every request. This is the best in Panama City Beach! Quin was great, made us feel so welcome!

Great food and great service along with a great atmosphere.

C Level was by far the best restaurant we have found since we started coming to PCB years ago. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the drinks were far and above anywhere else. Our server, Quinn, could not have been any better! His recommendations were spot on. There was nothing that any of us had that we wouldn't order again. From the appetizers to the salad to the entrees to the dessert, the whole meal was exceptional. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Our only regret was that we didn't find this gem years ago. Truly exceptional and you won't be disappointed !

In PCB for a few days and we were given the recommendation to go for dinner and we were glad they did. We went right at 4 when they reopened to beat the rush. It was still quite busy but worth the wait. Calleen was our server and she was great.

Delicious from the bread / salad to the Filet Mignon .. so tender it basically melted. Med- Mare the best!! Great cocktails and bartenders - excellent Blue Cheese olive Martinis Ate at the bar excellent service !!

Great food, great service! One of the few places you can make reservations at the beach. Amanda was a great server and went above and beyond for our group of 8. We were in and out within an hour.

One of my worst experiences dinning in a restaurant we order shrimp and grits it a salad and some fried shrimp first I order my salad without balsamic ot was balsamic I got a second salad and the strawberry were rotten and smell terrible the shrimp and grits were great until a piece of hard plastic came out from the grits the server didn't even bother to offer a new plate or nothing she pretty much said I can give you a free dessert we order one and they drench the peanut butter cheesecake on chocolate syrup and it was impossible to eat .... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL DONT WASTE YPUR MONEY OR TIME !

Was by far the best meal we had while on vacation and we went to several of the so called hot spots. I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great birthday celebration there today. Sarah and Haley were wonderful and took such great care of our group. Don’t forget your key lime pie!!!
