#truereview. It's a buffet, let's not set the bar to high. Crab legs were consistently available, very little wait. Always fresh. Fried shrimp along with coconut shrimp were great. Tea was a little too sweet. All in all, surprisingly good.

The food was all right for a buffet. No desserts they tasted like they were out of a can. Which is my opinion. You can try it, but I won't again.
Let me start with the good. Our server was amazing. The bad - The guy serving the crab was extremely rude to one of our guests. He left his station and stepped away. My brother in law has no idea that they serve you and he came back and very rudely said, "Don't touch my tray." My brother-in-law told him, "I didn't know. Then be over here then." LolStill the crab guy was was a jerk. He needs to learn how to speak to people if he wants to continue working in service. There was also a kid that was cleaning the ice cream station and he was either talking to himself or having a phone convo which was awkward. He very rudely cut in front of my nephew to clean the ice cream station. The crab was so so. It was overcooked and extremely hard to deshell. Definitely buffet crab. They were generous and did give us 3 clusters each. Some of the items on the buffet were a hit, and some were a miss. The shrimp was really good. I liked the hush puppies, and the cod was also really good. The cheesecake was not good. I would come again, I would just know that I may encounter rude staff at the buffet.

Extremely expensive for what you’re getting. Not impressed by food or atmosphere- very dark and bland inside. Food technically did meet what was promised but was not high quality. Sirloin steak was too tough to eat and completely flavorless. Fish and crab was ok, but still not worth the money at all. Paid almost $200 for probably $50-$60 worth of food. None of the food looked nearly as appetizing as the photos online. I would recommend going somewhere else.

If you’re looking at this review, go somewhere else. Not a good way to start the night. Full of regrets and $60 down for Golden Corral equivalent food.

We went specifically for the all you can eat crab legs. They set up the crab legs nicely with a person specifically on the line to rotate the legs so they stay fresh. The butter was good. The other food on the buffet was pretty good. They kept the table clean from all the crab shells. The restroom was the most impressive. It was immaculately clean. It was as clean as a Buc-ee’s restroom.

Just ok. Way over priced for what it is. Husband got the crab leg buffet was $59.99 and he said not very much meat very small and tasted like they were from Walmart. I had the regular buffet it was $39.99 and was just ok.. tried fried chicken it was dry and well as the fried cod. Sides were decent and so was the coconut shrimp. Daughter loved it. Her meal was $29.99. Overall wouldn't eat here again. Much better places to eat at PCB

We had Capt Jacks our first full day for dinner while visiting. Half of us ordered the crab legs and buffet and the other half just ordered the buffet. Our waiter, Brandon, was always quick to check on us and was always polite and friendly. I’m not a fish person (my spouse’s family forgot), but I was able to find plenty of food options I liked and enjoyed.

Service was good...but food was below average..It is way over priced for the quality of the food...I would not recommend this place...paid over $230.00 for 5 of us to eat there and thats withoutthe crab legs...If your a southern like me and like your seafood to have some spice to it I would not go here but if your like bland food with no flavor then be my guest and try it out...by far the most expensive meal we paid for and one of the worst
