Absolutely recommend this place 10/10 😀 The food was absolutely perfect! Service was amazing, oysters were delicious, food was fresh, drinks were never empty, and everything was seasoned perfectly ♥️ The staff was amazing! We will definitely be going back again!

Way too expensive for small plates. It is so bad that I left the restaurant hungry to go to my house and make me something else after spending $127 in a dinner that is not worthy. It is more like a tourist trap hole.

I love the mullet when in season soooooo delicious ?

A local gem. My husband & I usually come across n Thurs and have been eating at captains table for quite a long time. Im not sure if they’ve changed recipes or chefs recently but the quality of the fried seafood has been outstanding. Keep up the good work! Best fried fish around.

Table of 14, one waitress - the BEST server ever. The women decided to sit together as opposed to sitting with their spouses. She didn't flinch, but had the best personality and attitude. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the hospitality. Definitely recommend!!

Maybe a weird night. We visited here Sunday evening before heading back home from vacation. Service was awesome. From the host to the server and the guys running around working. Good atmosphere. Food was not a hit. Raw oysters were good. Kids cheeseburger was cooked a little too long/dry. We got the Grouper Emperial and it just wasn’t great. Veggies had no seasoning & the rice was way undercooked. Had lots of hard pieces in the dish. The grouper tasted great along with the crab sauce. For a $40 meal alone — would have expected cooked rice & seasoned veggies. We would give this another go when we are back in town. Hoping it was just a fluke. Seafood Cajun pasta was good. The hushpuppies did taste like they were made in batches and sitting, waiting to be served. Would be nice to just throw some fresh ones down to order. Shecrab soup was tasty.

This restaurant has become one of my family’s favorites. Their red snapper is some of the best I’ve had. Their Cajun oysters are the perfect blend of heat and favor. I highly recommend.

There is nothing but good things to say about this place. Great atmosphere even when they just open for the day. The food was wonderful and fast to the table. Also probably one of the best oysters I’ve had. 10/10

Service was good but oh my god the food is so bad here!!! The gumbo literally came out luke warm and it was SO PLAIN!!! The shrimp salad was so bad my friend couldn't even finish it ? I didn't think you could mess up a salad but I took one bite out her shrimp and had to spit it out it was the so gross, cold, and chewy. The burger was something you could get at Burger King. The grits were good though. Honestly just GO TO HUNTS THERES A REASON WHY ITS ALWAYS PACKED AND THIS PLACE IS EMPTY! DONT WASTE UR MONEY

The owner yelled at me as I was crossing Beck Ave looking for a dinner place and threatened that I better not be parking in his lot! Or he would boot me and have me towed. Good thing I didn’t park there, and good thing I will never eat at your establishment. Can’t believe you just yell at random people like that. You could be upset if I actually parked there without patronizing your business, but I didn’t. I parked in the public parking lot, like I was supposed to.
