The only restaurant in PCB that turns off online ordering at 5:30 PM on a Saturday each week. It's not just online - employees close up shop whenever they feel like it and never stay open during the posted hours on the window. Usually the workers seem higher than Willie Nelson if you can get them to take an order at all. Franchisee or corporate really needs to look into this. It's been like this for months

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with how my friend was treated tonight. When he ordered she was kinda rude but whatever it’s a fast food joint and it’s late right? WRONG. When he got his food and looked at the receipt he saw the worker whose name might I add is SASHA, she put “gay” down on the receipt. Now I don’t know about you but that’s pretty disrespectful and discriminatory, because whether he is gay or not there are NO grounds under which someone should point that out, ESPECIALLY in a derogatory manner. Shame on her and shame on y’all for employing someone like that.

Constqntly orders get made wrong. You order a burger and that burger comes a specific way. God formidable you say only on ketchup and that is all that goes on it. Or no ketchup ah you get only ketchup

This checkers is completely rundown. This was my first time even eating from a checkers or Rally's and it's probably gonna be the last. The chili on the hot dogs was at least a day old, probably older. They made my burger wrong and my fries were not fired right so they were oily and tasted terrible. Only thing remotely good were the onion fries, but they were also fried pretty crappy like the fries. I've heard only good things about this place, maybe I just picked the wrong location for my first time.

If I could less than 1 star I would. I just went into checkers on PCB. Stood at register waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. Some lady was wiping tables down in lobby talking on her Bluetooth telephone on a personal call. People in back just looked at me but never said a word. Lady wiping tables finally comes to go by the registers. Does she stop or acknowledge me. NOPE! She literally goes to back puts her rag up and grabs broom. Still never acknowledges me. She walks by register, someone from back gives food to a guy that was waiting, still doesn’t acknowledge me, the lady walks by register still talking on phone. I just left.
