Although the MANAGER clearly and very obviously didn’t want to take my order the employee we were pushed off on certainly didn’t mind treating me and my baby girls! Not typical for Chic Fil A but hey….

I'm getting disappointed with CFA. It's becoming a victim of its own success, I think. It took over 20 minutes from the time I hit the drive-thru until I drove off with my meal. Food is always good and while it's become as pricey as other fast food, it's still predictably good. But let's kill the lane for app ordering only and open it up to all. There was 3 rimes the traffic in the regular lane as the other lane. And this was at 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon. Disappointing.

I picked my mobile order up here and went to the restroom after, one of the kitchen staff who was wearing a navy top with a red stripe going down the back so not a front of house staff member defecated all over the only toilet seat and walked out without washing his hands, went straight back into the kitchen. Abhorrent. Will never go back to this location. Management if you see this - 3:02 PM time stamp 02/08/25.

The only reason that I am not giving a 5 star all around is because someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning that we came to dine. Our server at the counter was frowning and not acknowledging any customers. Rudeness was shown by quick sharp answers and it got to the point that I asked if she (Mxxxxxxxx) was okay. Employees who do not like their jobs should consider finding a position that suits them. I hope she found that a smile can do a great service to everyone. All other personnel were top notch!!

I have a couple complaints. First it seems like the chicken breasts are not as big as most Chick-fil-A restaurants I eat at. It almost looks like the chicken breast has been sliced in half to get two breast out of one regular size breast. Then it is not right to have one lane for people who have gone online and ordered and lane for people to pull up and order the people who have to pull up and order white an extra ordinary amount of time When the people who call in can park in the lot next-door and walk over and get their Chick-fil-A. But the meat cut in half is really what bothers me.
