My wife and I visited this restaurant a couple of times during our Thanksgiving trip to PCB. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the food was delicious. However, we encountered a recurring issue during each visit. Despite having our orders clearly written on the ticket, the staff would only bring us what was typically included with the items we ordered, not what we asked for. They simply failed to read the ticket. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved in the future.

I paid in cash, and instead of handing me my coins back, the employee at the pull up threw the dirty money right into my fries. He then realized his mistake and starting pulling the coins out of my fries. I literally watched him do this. When I got home with my fries, I found some more of my change literally laying inside of my fries. Money is not clean, and I was absolutely disgusted. I did not want to eat the fries after that. Very disappointed.

We love this Chick-fil-A...the service has gone downhill so bad. Always huge drive thru lines with one lane closed. No urgency when you do get to the window. Waited for about 15 minutes tonight after getting to the pickup spot for a mobile order only to not even get acknowledged while waiting (first vehicle) and then get cold soup. We've been coming to this location since it was built and it has dropped in service from 5 stars to 2. No what their brand is known for.

Also, imagine you just want to submit this type of feedback via their app or customer service links. It's impossible an just runs you in a loop...you apparently can only submit feedback that way if they forgot a menu item.

My work loves ordering Chick-fil-A when we have a meeting. The food makes us feel good and always brings a smile to us afterwards. The people delivering are always so nice! Thats a reason why we continue to keep ordering!

I love this place so do the kids, a bit pricey but worth it. I love that the fries dont get soggy like they use to. Always friendly service. And hardly ever messes up an order.

I absolutely love the food at this spot! On this particular day, I was battling a serious pregnancy craving for a crispy fried chicken burger, and my amazing husband made it happen. I savored every single bite—pure bliss!
