Stopped in about 3:30 today and I am quite sure our 30 count of chicken nuggets had been sitting under the warming lights for a very long time. They were dry and tough. I mentioned it to a young lady at the counter and she told another young lady that I assumed was a shift leader based on her wearing a gray shirt. No one made any contact with us to apologize or offer to give us fresh food. This is the first time we have ever had less than a good experience at this Chick-Fil-A....read full review
I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman....read full review
