If you’ve never been to a terrible chick fil a, here is your chance. Constantly forgets sauces, gives you the wrong size of items even when you’ve paid for bigger ones and are always out of something on the menu.
Rodney was super sweet & his customer service was beyond what I could have imagined. He really made my whole family’s night with his positive attitude!

I think every fast food place should run their drive-through like Chick-fil-A does! There are no incorrect orders because they eliminated the ineffective intercoms.
Highly disappointed ‼️‼️ Customer service was not so great tonight. Tonight at 9:26pm I ordered a salad with extra chicken that I was charged $4.65 for an extra egg. There was appeared to be three nuggets chopped on my salad (not the standard portion). Once I got home and looked at the salad I attempted to call multiple times with no answer. Upon returning to the store I asked to speak with a Manager but I guess she did not want to come out and see what I wanted instead sent a team member back out i’m assuming because they were closing and did not want to remake my food or give me my nuggets I paid for! I requested my money back and still no manager in site. Just all around rude and unprofessional didnt expect this from here! Also, heard them telling another car they were making his nuggets fresh

I want to sincerely say thank you to the nice people serving us at this Chick-fil-A. Out of all of the fast food restaurants in Bay County I can honestly say this is the only place they get my food right every time!
Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff provide a nice safe atmosphere for Families 10 out of 10 would recommend to bring your nephew’s nieces or kids here for a nice meal
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and sidewalk stay clear, they have No stairs or a need for a ramp due to the nice design of the building.

The gold standard of fast food. You simply can not go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. This location, maybe all locations, no longer have a speaker with a human on the other end taking your order. They have their people outside taking orders at the car window. Chick-fil-A employees are always nice and kind. Chick-fil-A has never messed up my order. This visit was no different. The only thing was that the guy at the pick-up door, I thought was going to forget to say, "my pleasure." But....of course he didn't forget. I love that extra touch. I love you, Chick-fil-A. If you are one of those rare individuals who has never eaten at Chick-fil-A, what are you waiting for? It really is the best. Thanks, guys. Food was excellent per usual. Obviously I will be back.

Kaitlynn was super helpful today when we ordered. Previous visits to this location have been less successful, and twice have left without ordering at all. Today Kaitlynn listened to our allergies and collaborated with her manager to help ensure we could dine safely all while maintaining the respect and courtesy we typically receive from ChickFilA locations all around. CFA is one of the few restaurants we can eat safely with our allergies so we visit them often and all over the US! Best visit to this location to date all thanks to Kaitlynn!
