I went through drive thru and 2 cars on the opposite lane went through so I asked why I was being skipped. The lindsey girl said give her a minute with an attitude. When I got to the drive thru window I asked again why I was skipped and she told me to have a good day. Didnt even apologize. She had a bad attitude and shouldnt be working customer service

as a person who loves chick-fil-a. stay clear of this one! If you want good service and great people visit the 23rd street location. The managers that work here are completely unprofessional. Starting with the top of the list TYLER. Saw him arguing with someone today in line and he was absolutely being rude. Also have had horrible customer service from kehana. I have tried so many times with this location but it’s gets worse and worse. The owner should really do some digging into what goes on behind closed doors here. always dirty. horrible experience.

If i could give this establishment 1 start I would. I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. I am a frequent flyer at the 23rd street chickfala and the ladies/guys there are amazing! i decided to venture out to the MLK location and unfortunately came in contact with Tyler a manager there. Not only was he so rude, he commented on my ability to raise my kids when Another customer made a comment to me that I didn’t appreciate and I decided to say something back. When i told him to not speak to me that way he decided to tell me he would not serve me and called the police on me. even the police were confused as to why they were there but Tyler during his power trip decided that the best use of 911 was showing up to a chickfala to stroke his ego. My husband spoke with an aaron on the phone who apologized for his behavior and even offered us to call back during morning hours to try and get ahold of the GM but once the cops were involved the front staff told the police “aaron is not available” it doesn’t matter how good chickfala is the unprofessional and disgusting way this employee upheld himself i will NEVER BE GOING BACK AND I WOULD LOVE FOR THE OWNER TO GET AHOLD OF ME.

Diet lemonade always hits but their spicy chicken sandwiches always have the smallest amount of chicken on it. Everyone is nice.

I pulled up to this Chick-fil-A location five minutes before it closed after leaving the hospital this evening. I’m not from here and I selected the Chick-fil-A closest to the hospital because I passed one on my way. The address said 23rd which was the street I was on. Come to find out I was at the wrong location. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond. Three minutes to close they fixed my order for me and helped me cancel the order that I sent to the wrong location. They truly took care of me even though it was my mistake. Kindness will never go unnoticed and will never be unappreciated. It is people like this who set their business apart from others. If I’m ever in Panama City, I will go out of my way to drive to this Chick-fil-A location because of these wonderful people. You all deserve an award for going the extra mile, with a smile!!
