I came in during the last 10 minutes before closing on September 22, 2025, and the experience was beyond disappointing. I was told I could not order anything from the back of the house—which is exactly what I came in for. Instead of simply stating they were unable to accommodate, the staff went out of their way to be malicious.
• The bagged crackers were intentionally crushed. • The cookie was destroyed. • The pickle was broken in half to make a point. • The drink that comes with the meal was never given. • The Tomato was withheld from the sandwich
This is not just poor service — it’s deliberate mistreatment of a paying customer. The photo I’ve attached speaks for itself. Whoever was working the closing shift at 7:55 PM that night needs to be held accountable.

Love CSC, hate the freaking attitude I get with EVERY transaction. It’s honestly ridiculous when you ask a question and the worker rolls their eyes at you. I let it slide the first time this happened with the same girl but like if you’re so miserable don’t work there.

Great food, unfortunately most employees are quite incompetent and don't know how to take a simple order. Crazy to think they repeat your order to you in the drive thru and somehow they still manage to mess up orders once you're come around to the pick up window. Make sure to double check your meal is correct before you leave they often don't take in to account changes or add ons to meals and will forget to put it in even when double checking at the order screen.
For a fast food lunch it was priced well and very good. (Cheaper than unhealthy McDonalds.) My healthy go to when lunch rolls around.

4 packs of crackers for half a pound of chicken salad smh they charge you if you ask for more crackers. so for a lb of chicken salad u get 8 packs of crackers which is nowhere near enough.

Chicken salad with a side of attitude this lovely morning. Placed an order for pick up. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two lovely ladies upfront who were nice as can be asking if I had a pick up order. I told the ladies and gave them my name. After receiving my order without checking, I asked for one or two extra packs of crackers. Nothing major, just wanted to make sure I had enough for my meal. At the exact moment that the young lady was preparing to give them to me a manager approached and told me in a very rude tone that "It should be four in there" I checked and indeed there were. Fantastic. That could've been stated in a nicer way. I wasn't rude or disrespectful initially, and I left in that same manner. Good quality customer service should be something given to every customer.
