I love this place but the drive thru service well that leaves much to be desired. I just sat for over five mins while the car ahead sat no one taking an order. She didn't honk nothing put car in park because no one was manning the speaker I presume. I called into the store to get the line moving only to be hung on and still no one at the speaker. So I put my car in park and walked inside to see if finally we could get a human on that speaker. Well that worked. Now I am stuck in this line unable to leave waiting for 15 mins. I have been walking in at this location my last three visits I am reminded now why I will not use this drive thru. Two scoops of chicken salad requires 25 min in line...I think not.

Today my server/cashier was Kenzie, and she was soooo nice and upbeat. Madison was working the other register, they were slammed but they were doing an AWESOME job. It’s so refreshing to get service with a smile. Great place to grab great food.

Food was fresh and service was fastIt was 7:40pm and the drive thru was shut down because it was 20min to closing time. That was very inconvenient. Either way 5stars then get!!

I come here at least 3 days a week and the food is delicious and the service is impeccable.
Great service thru drive thru. Polite, not rushed well paced. Super friendly, answered all questions. Order was correct, food was ready at window. Only a few people working inside and only a few customers inside as well. Great place and delicious food I recommend trying even if in a hurry.

Me and my grandparents were in the car and the very kind girl couldn’t hear us so she came out side in the pouring rain and took are order with the most positive attitude ever and she was so nice and kind!Parking: Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Kind to kids and smiles
I came through the drive through they forgot my items and when i went inside to try to get what i ordered and paid for they gave me the toughest time. They started yelling and arguing with me and amongst their co workers screaming," I know I put it in the bag it was sitting right there and you have forgotten so many items and messed up today!" and then ran around the back area looking for my soup rather than just remaking a soup which they finally did after 10 minutes. I come here at least once a week and this was such a ridiculous and unprofessional behavior. I hope the woman who gave me such a hard time gets retrained or replaced because she has no customer service skills. It gives your business a very bad look.

The drive-through is horrible. It is taken so long. I’ve been here for over 15 minutes now just told them my order. tried calling the phone number, and nobody answers. It goes straight to voicemail.
