Will never make the same mistake twice. Server was fine. But my goodness the food and even the sweet tea was deplorable . 52 dollars down the drain. Got the tri appetizer and everything was mush. The salad my husband had was soggy and had 5 pieces of grilled chicken. It just was completely awful. Never even if someone else was paying I'd not try again. My stomach after only 3 bites of food is not feeling all that great. Very disappointed

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take the time to share how incredible Jewel was during our visit to Chili’s. From the moment we walked in, Jewel greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that instantly set the tone for a great evening. You could tell right away that she genuinely enjoys what she does and truly cares about her guests.
Jewel was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly personable. She took the time to engage with us, asked thoughtful questions, and made us feel more like old friends than customers. Her timing was perfect—checking in just enough without ever being overbearing. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out hot and exactly as we ordered, and even offered great recommendations (which turned out to be delicious!).
What really stood out was her attention to detail and the way she handled everything with grace and ease, even during a busy dinner rush. You could see other tables loved her too—she was managing multiple sections with a calm and friendly energy that never wavered.
People like Jewel are rare in the service industry. She takes what could be a simple dinner outing and turns it into a memorable experience. Her attitude, energy, and professionalism are unmatched, and Chili’s is lucky to have her on their team.
If you go to this location, ask for Jewel—you will not be disappointed. I’d come back just for her!

My friend and I came as a party of 2. After we were seated, we had 3 others join our party. Our waitress Emily and the hostess refused to accommodate our party so we could sit together or even booths next to each other. Instead she sat the rest of our party on the other side of the wall and said they absolutely could not sit with us. She barely stopped at our table. Extremely disappointed with the service tonight

Had a party of 7. We waited for 25 minutes. Was told our table was ready. Once the hostess meet us at the door, she told us that our table was not ready and the manager just cut a server and had no open tables. Why would you cut any server when your restaurant is on a wait? There were plenty of open tables. This is absolutely ridiculous. Should have just went to the beach side. This location is always TERRIBLE.

We were missing the sides from our meals and when we called, we were told the manager wouldn’t come to the phone and when we called again, we were disconnected. This was very disappointing after paying $80 and leaving a great tip on a to go order that no one even bothered to check for accuracy.
