This is the second time in the last 3 weeks that my online order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to tell them that my order was incorrect. However they did not offer any type of restitution. I asked to speak with the manager but was told they she was too busy to speak with me. The person I spoke with said his name was Sebastian and he said the manager’s name is Stephanie. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager needs to be fired. Absolutely terrible. Took about 40 minutes to get our food which was just 2 triple dippers and it wasn't busy but when the food did arrive the order was wrong so she took the whole plate back and then 5 minutes later brings it back with the one thing changed out but the food was cold anyway. Waitress tells the manager and the manager's response to her is "I brought the food out I know it was hot" when he literally didn't even bring our food out and wouldn't even come talk to us about the situation. Also got overcharged for a drink but they said it was right even though I looked online and it wasn't cheaper.

Saturday, 12.14: visited the bar in the afternoon to watch the Army-Navy game. The lone bartender setup is not effective in providing quality service. While the service was never bad, it was never really good. Drinks ran dry long enough to get bored, bartender was too busy to ask about taste/quality of food or if anything else was needed, and the game I came to watch never made to a main screen. Instead, I watched kick off on a screen partially obscured by sun-glare and then departed shortly thereafter. This was second-third similar experience at this location, and likely will not return for some time.

The food was very good, and we had an excellent waitress. Love the 3 for me special.
Was told it was 15-20 minute wait due to back up in kitchen. Restaurant was less than half occupied. Hostess had a horrible attitude so we left. Wasn't verbally rude but her facial expressions were very unpleasant so we left before we were seated.

The server we had was absolutely amazing. Brought us refills with our main course without asking. Food was cooked to perfection and brought out in a timely manner. Can't wait to go back.
Went here to eat with a couple of my friends. Our server, Kay, treated us with the best customer service! She catered to us and helped us find our new favorite drink to order from the bar. Food was amazing, absolutely no complaints! Had a great time here, will be back soon!!
