Feb 7th 2025. Guy with tattoos gave the smalllest portions I’ve ever received from any chipotle. Who pays $18 for some rice and beans with a teaspoon of meat? If you go in and see a guy with a bunch of tattoos serving the food you might as well leave unless your only looking for an appetizer.

I ordered food for pickup at 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:06 PM, my order wasn’t on the designated pickup shelf. I walked up to the counter and saw a bag sitting on the ledge. I said my name and asked if I could take it since it was already past the pickup time. I received no response, so I assumed the employee was too busy to answer and took the bag myself.

I did not step behind the counter, as the bag was sitting right on the edge. As soon as I picked it up, the employee aggressively ripped it from my hands and said, “I didn’t tell you that you could grab that.” I responded, “But I already asked you for it, and you saw me looking at it.” After that, he handed it back to me, and I left.

The bottom line is that if my order had been placed on the designated pickup shelf on time where it was supposed to be, this situation wouldn’t have happened. The employee clearly needs to work on both time management and customer service.

I got food poisoning
I got a bowl and they didn’t have any meat but carnitas and brisket. The carnitas was over done. The white rice was crunchy and way underdone. I missed a day of work because of this place.

Food is good. Old man and old woman working in there, gave me 4 pieces of chicken and half a scoop of rice. Put dumped a tun of Pico. Asked for double queso and he was being stingy and rude like it came out his pay check not to mention it was $45 with my bowl being half filled.

I came here and got the bowl with brisket and I’m half way through my food and find some type of plastic or paper in my food. I was already home when I was eating so I called because I’m pregnant and upset that I paid 18 bucks and got trash in my food. And of course it’s a robot and not an actual person. It’s very upsetting to pay for something and receive it with something like that in it

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! FOOD IS HORRIBLE!!!!! THEY NEED TO RETRAIN THEIR COOKS! THE PLACE IS A COMPLETE MESS!!!! FOOD ALL OVER THE LINE, AND ALL FOOD CONTAINERS EMPTY!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Some of the food was good but they were out of brisket at 2:00 PM and out of white rice, only had brown rice. The store was so dirty, no one was wiping tables. Staff was friendly.

This location consistently serves ridiculously small portions of meat and guac. $15.00 bowls. Not worth it. Use another location if possible.

Exceedingly kind & accommodating staff, after placing my order & having it be prepared I realized I misplaced my debit card & would not be able to pay.
Upon realizing I didn’t have my card, whom I presume to be the manager graciously offered my meal to me for free! Super appreciative of y’all, thanks a million! :)

Last night I Paid $40 in cash and the rest on a card for my order of 4 burrito bowls. Cashier took my $40 told me how much I needed to pay on the card I believe it was $17 I paid the rest of my balance on my card and left. After leaving and checking my account I saw that I was charged the full amount of $57.01on my card even though I clearly told her and she clearly understood what was happening so I’m assuming she pocketed the $40. I thought maybe it was just a hold on my card for the full amount but it doesn’t appear to be a hold. I am going back today to sort it out and if it wasn’t an HONEST mistake I will not be back. (Also the rice was extremely undercooked super crunchy)
