We had a wonderful experience with a large catering order. Lauren made sure we had everything we needed. The service was amazing, even carrying the food to our car! I would recommend the Chipotle Pier Park to anyone.

I’m always impressed when I go into this chipotle. Whether it’s a long line or short line, they are time manageable, listen well, polite, and my bowl always taste soooo good. Props to them for even under pressure moments, keeping calm cool and collected. I was in here today and a lady said “why are you going so fast” with an attitude. lady responded with “all my employees are about to clock out and there’s a long line” the customer continued to go slow on purpose!!
I told the employee that they were all doing amazing, because they really were. I’d rather have quick than slow, like duh. Props to you guys

I ordered 2 20$ 2x meat Carne Asada bowl on the 11th of November and it came all rice no meat ( happened many times in many different branches) and I told myself I would never eat Chipotle again.Fast forward November 25th I was forced to give it one more chance and I explained to the girl making my bowl how bad the food was. This girl (Lauren) single handily made it right and showed me she actually cared about my satisfaction over over the typical small minded profits mentality.We need more people like her in the world. Resentment avoided, promote Lauren.

I have my dog with a service and support certificate, and they told me I had to leave. I was about to show them the certificate, but they didn’t even let me.

Came in a couple minutes before closing on accident, everyone’s energy was still amazing and the lady that took our order was so sweet. Was still very thorough even though the restaurant was about to close. Love to see it!!

Very skimpy. I always order small tacos and they were very very little. Look at my past chipotle comments and pics to see what I normally get without asking for extra.
