Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had a horrible experience in the pier park location! I’m not sure if she is the manager or not but JENNIFER has ZERO customer service skills and had no business working with the public! She was extremely rude and disrespectful to not only myself but her co-workers in front of customers!

ive been to many chipotles in and out of florida and this is by far the best when it comes to food. everytime i go they never disappoint and are very fast when it comes to service. the way they make the honey chicken is the best ive had !!

I just had Chipotle that straight-up redefined what I thought this place was capable of. I’m talking about a bowl so good it made time stop for a second. I’ve eaten a lot of Chipotle over the years — sometimes good, sometimes mid, sometimes just fuel — but this? This was the one.

🔥 The Breakdown:

🌾 Rice:
Perfectly cooked. None of that sticky, soggy mess or dry, under-seasoned filler. Every grain was separate, fluffy, and had that subtle lime-cilantro balance dialed in exactly right. It acted like the flawless foundation this masterpiece deserved.

🍗 Chicken:
Insane. Charred just enough for that smoky punch but juicy as hell on the inside. No rubbery bits, no dryness, no regrets. Just fire-grilled perfection that made every bite hit hard.

🧀 Cheese:
It melted — actually melted — into everything else like it belonged there. Not cold and stringy like usual, but warm, creamy, and wrapped around the other ingredients like a damn hug.

🍅 Tomatoes & 🌽 Corn:
Crisp. Fresh. Bright. The pico tasted like they chopped it 10 minutes ago in a garden out back. The corn had that subtle sweetness and crunch that balanced out the bowl with every bite. No mushy canned nonsense here.

🧠 Overall Vibe:

You ever eat something so good it makes you pause mid-bite and just reflect on your life? That was me. I was sitting there questioning whether I had just unlocked a secret menu tier by accident or if the Chipotle gods just decided to bless this bowl today.

This wasn’t fast food. This was an experience.
10/10. Would eat again immediately.

I can’t believe I just paid $35 for this crap. The chips were stale. The burrito was not that tasty. I could have made it so much better at home. Lesson learned. I could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant for this price.

I go once a week and every time it's disappointing. I pay for extra meat and I always have to ask for more even though I already paid for it. THEY ARE MISERABLE WITH THE PORTIONS. I waited 20 minutes for the steak to be ready although they told me that it was only going to take 5 minutes, they made me pay in advance and I waited 20 minutes for 2 bowls. They didn't even apologize to me, they didn't want to put me extra in the bowl (which I had already paid extra) they couldn't even give me a good service.

Went to bathrooms. Women's no tp. Me s had pee on the floor. And worker told me no tp at the door. Really? What you going to do about it

Takes forever and a day to get your food and bad customer service

Food was ok but some of the chicken wasn't fully cooked, the grill had that nasty black scraping all over it and the dining area and where you get the drinks was terrible. I am sure it hasn't been cleaned all day and it's 5:50 pm.

This establishment has everything to be very well evaluated, as the food is delicious and the attendant was very friendly, they need to take better care of cleaning.
