Ordered online, picked up food returned home and found missing bowl. Tried calling store, no option to speak with anyone. Tried online help no success, drove back to store and was told they would remake per order. Was given the bowl and THEN told they subbed the chicken as they were out of pastor. Was told other than that bowl was made to order. Drove back home and my son finally about to eat. Opened bowl and found quac and lettuce missing and bathed in hot sauce(not on original order)My child was unable to eat as it was way too spicy. Online help said they can’t help at this time and closes chat. Truly awful experience from missing order, customer service, and not receiving up charged items. Not going back.

Went here to got a really simple bowl, something no other chipotle has messed up. I get back to the house my friends and I are staying at, and they literally have given me a completely different order. i was like “Okay, maybe they just made a mistake, they happen.” Wasn’t too mad or upset about it the FIRST TIME. I go back to get my actual order and they completely forget my queso, sour cream, and pico. I mean, those are three of the most BASIC items you can get as a topping. Staff attitude 2/10. Will NEVER be coming to this place again and hopefully this review turns anyone thinking about it away. UPDATE: just found a hair in my food…

App order delivery 3/16/24. Let me start by saying I was a GM of Chipotle for years in Tallahassee and was actually part of the team that opened this location. Wife and I did a short trip to admire the spring break craziness. We ordered through the app for delivery for nostalgia after a long day at the beach and not wanting to fight SB crowds. 2 bowls, lrg chips guac. Order came quickly however immediately noticed the weight of the bag. Missing my entire bowl, bag sealed with sticker and order print out on the bag. Just absolutely infuriating. This is not a new process, we were doing online ordering back in 2018 when I was there. Now it's more important than ever to get these orders correct as it's the new standard. This location has the worst reviews in the area and all recent reviews are embarrassing and similar.Chipotle needs to retain better management and not over work them. Staff need better training and accountability. Raises for valued team member used to be 5% max, which is a slap in the face to good staff. These exact problems were starting to rear their ugly head 6 years ago and it is obvious they have not been resolved. Also the total with delivery for 2 bowls and lrg guac was $63....

I want to love this location, but I’m usually a little disappointed. The tables and floors typically have food on them and the service is hit or miss. We joke that we never come here in the evening because they are *always* out of chips, salad dressing, and/or something else.

Quick professional customer service with care here, I never ate here but always picking up deliveries for my customers and omg the food smells amazing and is always fresh, the worker's are great with you and you almost never have to wait to long , the prices and menu options are definitely great , one day I will eat here but highly recommend everyone to eat and order from here
