Walked in.....Aug 6th 615pm...tables are dirty...dirty dishes were piled up in the back at eye level....I dont think anyone was in charge lots of the options were out of. We decided to walk out

This was the worse staffed chipotle I’ve ever been to. Never had a bad chipotle experience until going to this store. The rudest people I’ve ever met.

Boss lady came in today to pickup mobile app. Got the food home and order wasn’t even close to what was ordered. Took food back to get order fix and was met with nothing but attitude. Given wrong phone number on top of it to request a refund. End result, no food and no money. Bye bye to Chipotle for me!

The only things they had available for toppings was cheese, they had no lettuce, corn salsa, tomato, eggs and some other stuff. There is barely anything in my bowl. They put about 7 pieces of chicken in it. Barely any rice. And when I asked for fajitas the lady gave me an annoyed look. I then asked for the vinegre sauce they forgot to give it to me. So then I had to ask the cashier and she gave me a nasty loud sigh. The bag of chips I got are extremely stale while my friend got one that had about 7 stale chips in a regular size bag. One of the workers in the background was walking around yelling orders to the other workers in a nasty tone. And when I was ordering the same worker was yelling at someone saying that if they wanted to put out chicken or steak they have to cut it themselves because “he was too busy” while this worker is running back and forth to the other area where they keep stuff for online orders. Overall I love chipotle and was very disappointed when I went to this one especially when on vacation. I would not recommend to anyone unless you want to pay over 10 dollars for pretty much a non existent bowl.

There was no tomatoes, lettuce, corn, we had to wait 10 min for some chicken or steak. Worst Chipotle I have ever been too!!! And they barely put any rice

I arrived at this Chipotle at 10:37 PM to pick up a DoorDash delivery. The posted closing time is 10:45, but the doors were already locked. When I knocked, one of the workers came to the door, opened it, and rudely told me to leave without any explanation.

As I took a photo of the storefront (as proof it was closed for the customer), a second employee came out and aggressively confronted me—as if I had done something wrong just for doing my job. Completely unprofessional behavior from both employees.

If the store is going to close early, fine—but be respectful, and don’t take it out on drivers just trying to complete deliveries. I’ll be reporting this to both Chipotle corporate and DoorDash.

Store closed at 10:05 and the workers there didn’t even want to look at the door while they were moping. Horrible experience as this was the only place that had a vegan option.

Horrible experience here the other day. I have been eating at Chipotle for many years. Never have I had such a poor experience. They were so rude and not helpful whatsoever. We ended up leaving. Will never go back.

This Chipotle needs new management or more training. I watched the girl handling our food pull flakes from her ear hole. They never have all their ingredients and the overall environment is dirty and chaotic. This was what they had available and still charged me ten dollars.
