I have ate here several time and food is normally good but today food was cold and hard I told management about issue she told me it was impossible for food to be cold cause it was just cook she tested heat of the bar 40 min afterwards I ate from the bar so of course the food had time to warm up by time she tested the bar she insisted that I’m lying I had no reason to lie manager was rude and assumed I’m trying to get over she makes smart remarks to me saying the food is not supposed to be supper hot act as if I don’t no the difference between warm and cold food and refuse to work the issue out with as if I have not eaten their food before I normally don’t have a issue but today was just awful the one in Tallahassee is so much better and better customer service

Went back to check improvements, worse this time then last time on scale of 1. To 10 I give them a 0 😱, that's right food was horrible, old ,and nasty . Even the hibachi. sides were either cold or bland of flavor or both.I will not ever go back there again. Service ha was none ,server was very rude , left him a 10 dollar tip on table, he persist to accompany to front desk as I paid as if, I was not.then I rounded off check to even $40, he looked at me and ,said tip is only 1 dollar and change ,the nerve ,first time ever harassed for a tip. I should have went back to my table and revoked his tip, but I left it anyways. This is # 1 restaurant to avoid after 7:30 pm ,very dirty. Well tried it out again after about 10 months , chow time buffet, killing it, really step up food quality 5 star , service 5 ✨ cleanliness 5 star
The staff very kind very polite, engage with many of the staff , they treated me as if they were my server , so attentive as I was on crutches, right there to help , thank you chow time 5 stars for the whole crew 💥💥💥🤘🏻🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

Gone here for years. As long as you go during busy hours food is always hot and fresh. Huge variety and the current sushi guy is very good.

The food was ok. It was luke warm as it with most buffets because the water underneath is not kept hot enough or the food close enough to the lamp this a strong enough warming bulb.

We arrived at 8:30 and they removed the sushi at 8:45. There was no one at the hibachi station.
Some things like fried potatoes and sautéed green beans swimming in too much oil. Chicken on a stick dry and over cooked.
Then they started with 15 feet if us with the mini broom and dustbin. With every sweep you hear the top of the broom back the back of the dustbin. Swack, swack, swack around every table in the main dining room until about 60 swacks in I asked her stop. Ten minutes later they fired up the vacuum in the next section.
NOBODY wants to go out and have a meals to relax and enjoy conversation to those sounds.

We were first timers dinning in at the Chow Time Grill & Buffet located in Panama City. As we walked in I noticed the buffet was not like the ordinary buffet. Even though It was a crowd, there was a nice ambiance to this buffet. We were surprised at the huge selection of food options. They served a variety of foods hot and fresh. I loved the fried Catfish and fried Shrimp. The food was a 10 out 10. I had Apple Pie for dessert and boy oh boy, It was so delicious. I didn’t catch our Waitress name but she was totally awesome. She worked the entire station. We never had to stop her and ask for anything. She was so attentive. While this guy and another female stood in our section foundling each other. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were. Standing up in the middle of our section rubbing and grabbing each other as if they were guest. After about an hour inside we were stuffed. We really enjoyed our time here. The place was always clean and they kept bringing out more hot food. Customer service was top notch and the price was just right. We will return here.
