The hostess Michelle was so sweet and helpful, she was probably the best part of the whole experience. We ordered one food items that was pretty good such as the shrimp appetizer. But most of our food was just so so. Mashed potatoes were dry and clumpy. Steak was extremely salty. Pizza was a little soggy. We tried to make the best of it since it was New Year's Eve. Waitress rarely ever checked on us as well took forever to get our check at the end and boxes. We didn't realize this was going to be inside a hotel when we booked it. That should've been our clue. Panama City Beach has some of the best food anywhere and best to stay out of hotel restaurants.
Not at all what the photos portrayed the restaurant to be. I didn't realize it was inside a hotel. The food and drinks were very overpriced. There were screaming kids running around and we were sat a very tiny table. The drinks came out wrong and we felt no option but to take them and be charged for them. One in our party got sick on the way home and missed spending NYE with us as he had to go to bed. Was very disappointed.
When we arrived , we waited for the host for about 5 minutes. Once she arrived she was definitely not happy to see us. She said she hadn't checked the reservations all night so our table for 9 that we reserved was not available. Our party got separated into 2 groups. The service was VERY slow. Drinks took 30-45 minutes and food was about an hour. Food was average. Would not recommend.

Stopped in for dinner last night. It is inside the Hyatt Place so lot of hotel guests and typical hotel pricing and premade food. The view of ocean was very nice and they had live music. Veggie burger was good but nothing spectacular. Fries tasted like they were fried a few hours prior to being served. Margarita pizza looked amazing and tasted good but was barely warm when came out. Not sure if it sat too long before being served or just wasn't heated up enough. Rum Runner cocktail looked very tropical and tasted good but was very heavy on fruit juice and light on the rum

Food is AWESOME, as well as plate presentation - and on the spectacular beaches of Panama City Beach. It’s crazy this place is not sold out every night. We’ve had ‘Katie’ as our server both nights. She is absolutely lovely!

The Chef prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The portions were significant and left us full. We stayed at the hotel for a week and ate at Coconut Charlies multiple times. Each time the food was great!

Our server was delightful! Gosh I forgot her name !!! She has very large heart and eyelashes!! She sat us in the perfect spot to watch the sunset! If I were staying at the hotel I would eat there again. If not I would choose another place.
Celebrated husband's Birthday w/dinner @ CC Food was great! Service was slow from being greeted to receiving our drinks & food. Live music was wonderful! Probably won't visit next time in PCB.

The food was OK however, the service was extremely slow. There was only a couple of tables that had people get our food check upwards of 45 minutes to get to us. It could be that they were short help – not sure. Overall just very average.

So this is a two part review cause there is the bar and grill in the lobby and then there is the pool bar at the pool level... all the food comes out of the same kitchen/same cooks... but different menus.The pool bar has a better menu by far. We got French fries and pizza from it and both were great and hot. Take the time to go to the pool bar imo. Pool bar staff were much more nice and laid back. The restaurant is meh... not worth the price. Some the bartenders are rude. The food menu is not that great. Sometimes you just a snack that is hot to take back to your room and not a $40 entree. I got a steak there... it sucked. Don't do it. Also the hotel receptionist failed to mention the 5 dollar off coupon they offer.

The food was so good. The PBC with the spicy pickles was so good. I also ordered the fried Brussels sprouts I was in love. My husband had the Hawaiian style pizza and loved it. Our waiter was very attentive.
