Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cracker Barrel has completed revitalized their menu and gift shop. Everyone knows intense competition from First Watch and other casual dining places have been making Cracker Barrel irrelevant for years. I ate here yesterday with my family from Germany and all of us were pleasantly surprised with the updated menus and gift shop. The food and service are much better than they used to be.

Got home and was missing a part of my order to go.

The service today was amazing. My server today was Kyleigh and she was training a new girl. They were awesome the food came out fast and it was plated beautifully. Thank you to Kyleigh, the cooks and the girl she was training. I will be coming back again.

Came in today for breakfast.Christian was my server very nice and got everything right first time.food was good took alittle while to come out but was very good.

The stuffed French toast bake was very good

Waited over an hour for food that was cold and nasty. Server acted like we were the biggest pains in the world. Took 15mins just to take our drink order. This is the 3rd time I have received horrible service/nasty food from this place never again will I be back and will never recommend this place.

The quality of the food has been quickly declining over the past couple of years. Yesterday was definitely our last visit. The eggs were raw, the biscuits were undercooked, the hash brown casserole was cold, and the gravy had a film over it. Completely appalled by the experience.

Our server ,Ensley, was so helpful. I have multiple food allergies. She went the extra mile to help me have a meal free of my food allergens. She was very nice and professional.
So glad we stopped to eat here.

Went to resturant and my daughters chicken she ordered came out raw, gravy was cold and so were pinto beans very poor service

Not the cracker barrel of old. Feels like a fast food restaurant now. Absolutely gross, don't believe I will ever go back to another cracker barrel.

Fantastic experience. The beignets are incredible. Highly recommend those to anyone. Our server Barbara was wonderful. Very on top of things. The meatloaf and veggies were hot and fresh. Overall terrific experience. I will certainly return.
