Stopped to have a quick bite with local relatives on our way through. Finally got a waitress after 20 minutes. The place was not busy at 2:30 pm. Finally started getting our meal after an hour! And it didn't come all at once. The last member was served after the first had finished eating. The meals were not complete. I have never had such a terrible experience eating out.

This Cracker Barrel is great! It has not gone through any of the Woke changes that the CFO has implemented, yet!

We didn’t have anyone take our drink order until a manager walked by. It took a while after that to get them, and even longer before our server came. Our server was really sweet, but the food was awful. Just as well that I didn’t eat much, as a roach crawled up the wall next to me. My usual faves, gravy and hashbrown casserole, had a strange taste I couldn’t place, just very off. Was already skeptical and should’ve trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. Cracker Barrel has become antiquated in more ways than one.

Not many people in for dinner and yet a lot of tables needing to be wiped off included the one the host finally decided on and put the utensils and menu on.
The entree ordered could easily have been overcooked but this was done very well and full of flavor. Bravo to the cook! All of it was very good.
Our server, Finn, wasn't bad. Finn wasn't great either. He was just meh. Although, he eventually wiped the table after the host couldn't figure out where cleaning supplies were. Eating at a table that was just wiped of debris didn't give a feeling of confidence that it was clean.
Finn did ask for a review for him on Google. (Be careful what you ask for...) He didn't really come off as welcoming and friendly until he wanted a review.
The experience wasn't horrible but it also wasn't like past experiences here even when it is packed with customers. Perhaps the new branding will help Finn out.

We really enjoyed our food and our server was wonderful ! Finn was his name . We're definitely coming back soon !
