If I could leave 0 stars I would. One word: revolting 🤮
Wish something else was built here. Personally not a fan. Cookies are overly sweet, undercooked (gross and unsanitary to eat so much raw cookie batter), Not to mention one cookie has more calories than a fast food meal including more fat and sugar. I would honestly prefer a cute smoothie bar or even an actual fast food place since there would be at least some nutritional value.
Workers are very nice so this review is no reflection on service as it was 5 stars ⭐️ and I hope they are compensated well for their outstanding service and effort to go that extra mile for customers! However my review is a reflection on the business itself.

Super good
We arrived this evening at 10:28pm 09/27 on Saturday evening. We checked the hours ahead of time and hours on the door showed 12:00am. As we were walking up the employee turned the lights off. We saw her in the store so we knocked on the door. She came and said she was closing early because she didn’t have customers. We saw plenty of cookies out and had 8 adults all wanting a box of cookies…SO much business but she said no and shut the door! Horrible customer service! We left the house and drove 20 mins specifically for Crumbl. Super disappointing, especially since it is Saturday evening and the menu will chance tomorrow.
