Organization is poor now that most of the employees were fired within he 90-day window. Food is okay. Custard is Fantastic. Servers and runners are good. Atmosphere and cleanliness is great. I knew when I no longer saw a ton of traffic in the parking lot that something was wrong. Business had dropped off drastically. It’s a shame because we needed a good fast food restaurant in Callaway. I like the fact that the hamburgers are made fresh and that is probably why it takes a while to get your food in drive thru and in-house. A lot of comments have been made about rude workers but it seems the ones who weren’t rude aren’t there anymore.

I swore off hamburgers until my hubby took me to Culver's, and I tried his. I immediately ordered a Mushroom Swiss, and it was delicious 😋! Good beef, and it was cooked well

The new Culver's in Callaway is impressive! Big and very clean the people are friendly! My brother and I with his wife went and had dinner there tonight. The double butter burger looks bigger on the display. When I got it, I was a bit underwhelmed. However, their custard definitely made up for it. Overalls, a good meal.
Last time here. They charge $2.39 for a cup to get ice water or $2.39 for bottled water or a soft drink. Chicken tenders are frozen pre-breaded crap. We didn't get two meals. We had one shrimp dinner, two chicken strips, cheese curds, and a drink, that was $28. The dinner doesn't include a drink. That's $2.39 extra. I went back to the counter to ask for sauce for my chicken strips, and they wanted $0.37. Really? WTH. Go to a real sit down restaurant. Better food, same price range. Restrooms were clean. Store was clean. Placing order was a bit difficult. Lots of trainees.

Tried for the first time today through Uber. It was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Burger, chicken tenders and fries. Keep up the great service

Great fresh food, Glad they built one in town so we don't have to always drive to the beach. Custards change daily and so far haven't had a bad one. Just need to figure out when they do the pint sales. We end up going here as a group for lunch at least once a week.
