Rude staff, took over a hour for a pizza to go 1 mile on a Wednesday. Staff lied about the app being incorrect, staff lied about the food already being gone, food was somehow Cold. 0/10. Do not recommend. Owner should check camera footage of what employees actually do while on the clock.

Food always good and fast service. My road can get flooded when we get heavy rains and today he parked before the big puddles and walked the order the rest of the way to my house. 10/10 on customer service cause he did not have to do that I would’ve easily met him down the road.

I’ve ordered here 4 times. Out of those 4 times 3 of them have been horrible. Over cooked pizzas pushing burnt, pizzas actually burnt, and pizzas with bubbles all over that would call for a remake. The wait times too. Even on a non busy night it takes 40 minutes just for it to hit the oven. The order previous to the one I just received took 2 hours to get here. The one I just got tonight I ordered at 7pm, drove to the store and waited in the parking lot for an hour before getting it at the window at 8:03. I like dominos but this branch is not living up to the expectation.

The lobby is closed for pickup orders for some reason. They don’t deliver as far out as I live but I can pinpoint delivery for a delivery fee! What a scam!

I Ordered pizza from them In approximately July 2024. The pizza had barely any sauce on it so we didn’t really complain or ask for our money back because we’ve only had one problem since we’ve been ordering from that store and decided to give them another try and then we ordered the next time we asked them to please put a decent amount of sauce not to coat it down, but just enough where we could taste sauce on the pizza and it wasn’t so dry to our surprise the pizza was drowning in sauce. You could not even see the pepperoni and the cheese was half covered. I have a picture that I can attach if it lets me. We Then ordered an another pizza with the credit given and asked them to please not load the sauce down but to give us a normal amount this time it came back again with no sauce. My husband called them and told them they could have their pizza that it was terrible. They told us they were sorry and would issue us a credit and so we got pizza somewhere else and I decided well since we had a Credit there tonight I would go ahead and call and maybe get the manager to order my pizza because it never comes out right well when I called the manager And spoke with Travis, he told me that we could not have a credit Today and that that credit was never issued and that they’re not going to, so I guess we were just told that when they messed our pizza up before wrong. That he would only issue me the $15 credit that was left over from the first pizzas that was not right. I told him that we would just order somewhere else and we would never go back there again and he was OK with that so we ordered hungry Howies tonight and we will probably enjoy it. They’re usually always right. It just sucks cause they don’t have deep dish or pan pizza and we really like that and Domino’s Is the only one that’s in our area that delivers and not to far to travel to.
