The girls in the morning have the most terrible attitude for anyone I’ve ever seen who works a morning job I swear they get so mad when you pull up and order something and they are extremely rude I literally had a girl tell me she didn’t like making my drink early in the morning cause I get the shaken espresso and it’s messy making

We love Dunkin, but this one has really bad hiring. There is one main girl, a mixed taller looking girl(no name tags) . Very rude and not very friendly. They have switched our orders up multiple times without asking. Everyone else is pretty nice.

I ordered a chocolate donut and this is what I received. I politely said i don’t want to even be like this but can I get a different chocolate donut please and the girl said this is what ALLLL the chocolate donuts look like….. no solution just that. 0/10. Idk if they all look like that or not but it’s giving lazy or you just hate your job but either or don’t have anything to do with me. Horrible customer service.
