Went to this location for the first time with my sister this morning. Let's just say it's not a good way to start off the morning by telling someone who's been ordering their drink a certain way for a long time, that they can't have cold foam on a hot drink. The young lady with colored hair said they can't put cold foam on a hot drink and told the cashier if anyone ask for that, tell them no because she doesn't want to deal with customers when they get upset when the foam melts. Can she just make the drink the way the customer orders it and keep her mouth shut. Her mouth is what is going to upset people, not the cold foam melting in the hot drink. To over hear the conversation was upsetting. Cashier was awesome!

I asked for a hot latte with cold foam the lady with the different color hair she told the cashier not to let anybody have cold foam on their hot drinks cuz she didn't want to deal with the complaints 😱🥴 Bless her heart if I asked for it I won't complain that is how I like my drinks so do not ask for cold foam on a hot drink when you come to the store I would definitely retrain her 7 brewery has no issue putting cold foam on my hot drink ✌️🤣

I’ve tried to give this place so many chances, there’s a reason this drive thru line is always empty. My coffee is never made right and it isn’t a complicated order. It’s either so sweet I can’t drink it or you can’t even tell anything’s been added at all. I’d rather wait 20 min at Starbucks and know my order will be correct.

Came to drive thru at exactly 11:12AM this morning in such a good mood to get greeted like trash by a young man with a horrible attitude.drove off immediately.I come here all the time and never have I gotten treated this way.will def not be coming back.
Guys that work the window here are always on point and so friendly. It’s nice to see someone who always has a smile for a change. Wish more places had these faces

I went through the drive-thru with my children. Had the worst experience ever in a drive through The assistant manager was working the window and dropped the GD bomb about one of his employees in front of my children. He threw all of my donuts in a bag on top of each other instead of a box like you typically would. He said he was the assistant manager and there wasn't anybody there above him. He refused to give me his name or anybody else's name. I have contacted corporate. This is unacceptable! I will never return to this establishment again. I always go to the Dunkin' donuts on Michigan or Thomas Drive and they are amazing there!
