I went through the drive-thru with my children. Had the worst experience ever in a drive through The assistant manager was working the window and dropped the GD bomb about one of his employees in front of my children. He threw all of my donuts in a bag on top of each other instead of a box like you typically would. He said he was the assistant manager and there wasn't anybody there above him. He refused to give me his name or anybody else's name. I have contacted corporate. This is unacceptable! I will never return to this establishment again. I always go to the Dunkin' donuts on Michigan or Thomas Drive and they are amazing there!

Everytime I come to this location I am never disappointed with Keisha! It even puts a smile on my face when I see her on the window. Sis gets me right everytime! No matter what I order. Keisha is the bombbbbb!!!

The staff here is awesome. So friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves coming here and we are here enough times that they know our preferences already. We see the krispy kreme down the street but we come here for the people.

First and last time here. Guy who took my order completely forgot about my drink. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were VERY BUSY and ended up waiting over 10 minutes. Finally went to the counter to ask how much longer on my drink. The guy had completely forgotten and acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He DID stop everything he was doing to make the drink immediately BUT it was so SO poorly made. He basically threw the drink into my hands after and walked away huffing. No “Sorry for the wait”, no “Sorry about that have a good one”…nothing! So very disappointed with the customer service and the overall attitude I received from Joseph or whatever his name was today… Someone DID apologize, however!! And it was the young white lady handling food orders. Shoutout to her. A little goes a very long way.

I went to the 23rd St location, next to Cracker Barrel, on my day off to get a specialty drink and donuts for my daughter who was at work. Brittany helped me and she was so sweet. She efficiently made my order and as I was leaving my napkins went flying everywhere. She ran out to help me, got more napkins for me and then helped me to my car. That's great customer service!!! I will be back.

I go to this Dunkin on an almost daily basis and typically always have a great experience. Coffee is always well made and I can't think of a time where they have messed up my order. I would be so willing to give this place 5 Stars if not for one woman they have working there some mornings. Not sure of her name (brunette with long hair), but she rushes both verbally and physically to the point it's just uncomfortable. She will cut you off while you're speaking and act annoyed if you take too long to respond. She is extremely bossy and loud with her co-workers as well. I *hope* she isn't a manager. I think I'm to the point if I hear her over the speaker at drive-thru, I'll skip Dunkins that day and head down to Starbucks.

Hellur praise the lord. Number one I was served by a very friendly employee I don’t remember her name but she had orange braids and was quite beautiful she did an amazing job. She deserves a raise.
