Always great food and always fresh. The atmosphere is happy and enjoyable. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I will say, Oscar is our favorite waiter. For awesome food and service at a great price, you just can't beat El Jalisco.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly with a decent kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs and other mobility equipment. Both tables and booths are available.

Had a mixed experience due to a language barrier but the food was excellent and the kitchen worked hard to resolve errors in communication from the server. We used English and Spanish and tried everything possible to help our server as well, clearly was new.For the food!!Enchiladas Supreme (or Deluxe?) vegan option. This was where we couldn't figure out how to replace the cheese enchilada with beans (frijoles) which got worked out on 3rd try.I ordered the Chilaquiles Pollo Verde and they were perfect as-is!! I didn't want to stop eating them but the portions were so large I got the rest to go.Table side guacamole presentation was excellent and possibly just a scad too much lime juice but enjoyable!!All in all a favorable and memorable trip without a doubt!! We will be back to try something new!!

Our favorite place for Mexican. Food is great, service is always good. Also like fact that you have your meal in less than 10 min.

Cancun's Quesadilla, was okay, left me feeling kind of queasy, we eat here a lot and thought I would try something new, will be back, just won't get this specific dish again.

From what I gather, el jalisco is the top perro (dog) of mexican restaurants in Bay county. They have several locations serving above average Mexican food. All Mexican restaurants have the same M.O., for the most part and El Jalisco does it well. Service was prompt, and the food was enjoyable. You can usually judge a Mexican restaurant by their salsa, and theirs was fresh and tasty.
