Absolute worst smoothie I’ve ever had. I went back to ask what’s in it and they said only 2 ounces of strawberry syrup for a 24 ounce cup (that’s not enough at all) and I said I didn’t really taste anything— baristas were rude and I just walked away having paid 9.50 for the worst drink I’ve ever gotten.

They don’t accept TAP here which is a huge inconvenience when I’m traveling. Barista was rude.

At 8:30am on a Saturday morning, the barista claimed she was “out of lattes”. I asked for a cappuccino, and she responded she’s “out.” I then deduced that this establishment called “Espressology” was out of espresso. How ridiculous. First of all, place a sign informing customers that the shop is out of espresso so customers don’t waste their time in line. Second, go down the street to the nearest grocery store to buy Seattle’s Best espresso. Better yet, keep up with inventory so “Espressology” doesn’t run out of its namesake.

$4 for what would normally be a 50 cent container of yogurt - and its charged as "Greek yogurt" despite not even being Greek yogurt.$4 for a Kind snack bar, that had clearly been previously partially melted.Ok service attitude, but the pricing is not displayed on the available items, nor shown during ring up.

Really wanted my early morning coffee, but the attendant refused to refill my coffee mug. (I offered to pay full price of course even though some establishments offer a slight discount for this) She told me to "talk to the health department." I know there are no restrictions to taking and refilling my coffee mug. FTR, I did remove the lid, and she did have her personal drink in her personal container behind the counter and she did say she would accept cash. The establishment across the hall gladly accepted my business and produced no unnecessary waste.

Was not disappointed with their Caramel Macchiato or Hot Chocolate.

Coffee was good and service was friendly. However, there are hefty upcharges for things like $1 for almond milk.

Friendly staff, good coffee, but NO DECAF. Some people who enjoy a specialty coffee also require decaf so they don't die?. Please stock decaf for me and other frequent flyers@

Simple coffee shop/kiosk located post-security at the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and located next to Gate 1, across from the restaurant on the concourse. In addition to coffee, there is also a selection of bakery items. Usually line moves fairly quick, but can get a bit crowded in terms of the line since it is right in the gate area.

The worker was rude and opened 15 minutes late. And then after I walked up to order I was told that she was still closed, 20 seconds later she opened.
