Order was wrong and the food tasted horrible. Bread sticks was the only thing we didn’t throw away.

Placed an order for drive thru pick up and when I arrived they told me it's not an option to use drive thru if I ordered online and I would need to go inside. I specifically chose the drive thru because I cannot walk without assistance right now. I was unable to get my food because walking inside was not an option and it's impossible to find an option for a refund online. This is the 2nd time I've had this experience at this location.

This Fazoli’s location catered my station’s Christmas party, and the food was hot, tasty, and ready on time. My team very much enjoyed the meal. In the future, I will have this location cater events.

Service was poor waiting 25 minutes on a sandwich that I didn't get. I cancelled my order. It wasn't even busy and I haven't been back

We had a wonderful experience here. We ordered quite a bit of food and everything was delicious. The picky eaters in the house loved the alfredo and felt it was just as good as the alfredo at Olive Garden. The staff were very friendly, our food was nice and hot and ready quickly. The breadsticks were just as yummy as I remembering them being. If you're looking for a quick and yummy Italian meal, check this place out.

The black guy at the register was very rude. I came in around 820ish after driving 7 hours on an empty stomach. Driving from south of Daytona. They close at 9:00 pm and he was already try to balance the drawer. I was craving carbohydrates so this was an economical option on my way to my house. He gave me an expression that my presence bothered him. I greeted him kindly instead of him greeting me. He ignored me. He probably figured that I didn’t speak English to blow me away. I didn’t rush him as a matter of fact I was gonna wait until he finished balancing to order. So he wouldn’t feel like I was rushing him. He saw a young lady with red hair that works there and asked her to take my order. She vas very polite and pleasant. When I asked her after I got my food who the manager was . Figuring I could go to him/her to make a complaint she pointed to him. It was very disappointing. I will never eat at this location again. Nobody likes to be disrespected. If you work in the food industry and if you are the manager.. You need to treat paying customers like you want to be treated.

Be prepared to wait even if you order 4 days in advance. Don't bother if you're on your lunch break you'll spend the whole time waiting for your food place is a mess.
