I love Firehouse Subs, I love the letter of the day especially when it's my letter which it was today. Our local Firehouse Subs has excellent employees who are always super nice and do just a great job making the subs. And I ordered on the app which I find very easy. Everything was great.
Sandwiches were fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Went to this location, saw the 50% off online first time visitors sign.
I spent ten minutes ordering on the app, trying to get my order to go through.
An icon popped up though, that said scan for loyalty discount, went to the register and was told after we ordered it’s just for loyalty points.
I feel like we were in a total bait and switch. Manager was nothing but an argumentative empty suit. He offered zero solutions, never offered any assistance to resolve how let down we were.
We would not have normally ordered food that expensive, was excited to try those options.
I sure hope the franchise owner reviews the video footage, and my experience was of such absolute disappointment that I will go out of my way actively let others know how let down I was.
I don’t ever leave reviews, but I am definitely motivated to let others know.
This location doesn’t care about your business, but they may care a little bit if others know.
We will never go here again.

I absolutely love this place! They have the best subs. I was a little disappointed a few weeks ago, their toaster was down. But that wasn't at all their fault. Still good and a great place!

They did not put my mushrooms on my firehouse steak and cheese my wife had to go back three times because they messed up on my order. The third time they gave her a cup of mushrooms so I will be complaining to the corporate about this firehouse subs.

If I could give “0 stars” I would. We are a medical practice and order about once a week for the whole staff. Usually we have no issues but today the service was abysmal. Three of the sandwiches were made incorrectly and the staff refused to remake them. We will NEVER order from this branch again and I suggest no one go there. The management needs to get a handle on this staff because having workers basically through a togo container of lettuce and tomato at you and being told to make the sandwich yourself is infuriating.
