This location is probably the worst one I've ever been in. Service is slow, not very friendly and I never get my 1st responders discount. Wish there was a location closer to Wewa. I would definitely change stores.

This place is so bad 👎 employees are coughing 😫 all over the food there cleaning with no gloves and tuching the food

Ordered both a sugar cookie and double chocolate chip cookie, got two double chocolate chip cookies. Ordered a large togo fountain drink, they stock 3 sizes at the togo area, but instead of small, medium, large, it appears to be water cup size, small, and medium. If I'm ordering online, it's so I can quickly get my food and not have to bother the workers to get my items. The least you can do is actually get my items correct and stock the actual sizes so I don't have to ask for the correct size drink. Last time I ordered, they got my order wrong then too. Get it together dude

Every time I have ate at Firehouse Subs in Callaway, the food and service have been excellent. Today, I had to make my order to go because because I live an hour and half away and my husband was not feeling well enough to dine in. You see, he has been battling cancer and has been having daily treatments for 3 months. So he has not had an appetite for a while. But today he wanted a Firehouse Sub but felt like he couldn’t eat it until we get home. So I asked if they could pack everything separately. They were so accommodating that they kept checking with me during the preparation, which way would be best for me. I did not tell them why. I did not tell them what a hard few months it has been. What a blessing to deal with pleasant people. Thank you for making this day just a little easier.

Meatball sandwiches are usually what I order from here and I ask for no pickle no seasoning and the put both on there.

I’m not sure why but the last 4 times i came, ive ordered the same two sandwiches, both times with no pickle spear and each time i get home to find a pickle spear has soaked through the top bun of my sandwich. It clearly shows no pickle spear on the ticket. Fail.
