Meatball sandwiches are usually what I order from here and I ask for no pickle no seasoning and the put both on there.

I’m not sure why but the last 4 times i came, ive ordered the same two sandwiches, both times with no pickle spear and each time i get home to find a pickle spear has soaked through the top bun of my sandwich. It clearly shows no pickle spear on the ticket. Fail.

The buns have gotten more narrow, two inches wide. Why?
Sandwich makers heated up soggy meat, drained it over the stinky trash can to get rid of excess liquid, then made our sandwich with it. It was the grossest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. My wife concurs.

Last time at this location. I ordered my sub on wheat with turkey and ham. Got turkey on white. For twenty dollars, I want my food prepared as I wish. Atmosphere was busy. That's fine. What's not fine is a bathroom with no soap. If it were the first time, I wouldn't gripe. Just because it says Firehouse doesn't mean there's actually firemen making your food, and I know that. If they were, it would likely be made as customers wish.

I love this business and their subs. The only way they could ever improve is stepping above the rest by offering 2 pickles with their subs.
It's like a Firehouse Subs place, except the staff doesn't care about you.
