We are Snowbirds that read about the Guadalajara Winter Specials in February. When we arrived, not too many people were there and it was close to noon. That should have been our first clue. We were immediately seated to our delight. It was very clean and orderly. It even smelled clean. I noticed that most if the patrons were older people. We figured they were trying the Specials too.

We ordered the Special of the day (1 chicken & 1 beef Taco) & a side of refried beans. The price of $2.25 per taco was amazing. However, neither the beef nor chicken taco had ANY flavor and neither did the refried beans. The complimentary chips were standard & the salsa was just ok (it tasted too much like canned tomatoe sauce). I mean, how can you screw up tacos? We love their Specual prices. But dag, give the food some flavor folks!!

Go for happy hour, but not the food. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was fine, but I am a Mexican food lover, and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of flavor and dryness of the meats. Felt bad leaving the amount of food left on my plate.

We go here every time we're in PCB. We know some the staff on a1st band bases. They are very friendly. There is a dining area, as well as a bar. Food is good and the portions servings size are nice.

Brought in an 8 top, late on a weekend. They offered us a space we could still see monitors, but stopped seating people near us. Willing to set channels so we could see our chosen NFL teams.
Never stopped with the tasty tortilla chips (this became a problem nibbling too much).
Large menu of simple ingredients, but they do, or did everything we ordered excellently.
Plenty of attention paid, responsive staff, tasty food, and a clean and tidy environment.
What is not to like? Oh, it not being in MY neighborhood.
Any time I return to PCB, we will be back.

We are super picky Mexican food eaters and we had a very happy crowd. Burrito, quesadillas, fajitas, and margarita were all top notch. Well prepared, reasonable prices, and great service. Even our pickiest eater was two thumbs up. A surprise standout dining experience on our trip to PCB. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed!
