My husband and I just had late lunch at this establishment. It is not our 1st time though , we normally come at least once a month and sit at the bar area . This time we decided to sit at a booth and a waitress by the name of Mary served us . One she was definitely not a people person, after taking our order and bringing our food to table not once did she come back to ask if we needed refills or anything else ! She was too busy eating behind the bar counter and chit chatting with the cooks and other waitresses. Did notice her going to her other tables though ? Hmmm 🤨
As a business owner this is definitely not the way to treat your customers if you want them to come back and refer your restaurant to others.
We are truly disappointed 😔 .
Besides this their food is good .. sad they got rid of the 2 can dine for $19.99 but we totally get that .
On top off that she never took my clover $5 off like we asked her too :/. We even showed it to her twice !

Review your cameras November 19th from 7:00 to 7:15pm. Please view the cameras and you will see yourself. The owners should be ashamed to have such poor staff. The waitress and cook were very rude. I asked her about something and her first response was hold on and she walks away without saying a thing besides that. Definitely is a more professional way to say hold on. The pita chip were like rocks and burnt. They aren’t normally that well done. The waitress has terrible commutation and people skills. No customer service or friendly was or anything. Just a terrible attitude from the waitress. I didn’t say anything to her about how she was acting I just inside and hoped the experience would get better. We did say something about the pita chips being burnt. The cook said are we going to complain about everything but that was we mentioned. So how did we complain everything, I’m confused. The cook was making very rude comments. I spoke up and said we don’t deserve to be treated like this. We are customers and this is an establishment. What a horrible experience. I’m flabbergasted
Good traditional gyro, curly fries are fresh spiral cut before going in the fryer. The fries are probably my favorite part of the meal, definitely a flavor difference from frozen fries.

Instantly got sick when I sat there and watched dude prepare everyone’s food with no gloves, I mean bare handed the cheese singles to set them outside for the next order to putting the lid back on the cambro for cheese to touching the tickets snd straight into the tomato slices right onto the pita. I mean the ticket alone has the servers bacteria on it and you’re transferring all that to everyone’s food man. The fryer guy also did not have clothes on, but at least he was touching raw product that was getting deep fried into a 350° fryer. Everyone should be wearing gloves you’re right in the middle of everyone. It’s absolutely disgusting. Quit being nasty dude.
Edit meant to say yesterday when gf and I talked about it fryer dude was seen washing his hands at least.
