The Frisco Breakfast sandwich was cold instead of them melting the cheese the other food looked like a child prepared it. I haven't been to A Hardees in years & thinking that I would get the taste of Nostalgia I got the taste of Garbage instead.

Went in to eat, the lobby was disgusting. Food and trash left on tables, empty tea urns just stacked on the counter you order at. On top of that I was informed by the manager they don't accept the codes from their own app. This location has definitely went down hill.

The service at Hardee’s today was pretty slow. The lady didn’t answer me until I called into mic and then had to wait there for the longest to get my order placed and it took her a long time to take my order. People behind me were just leaving because it was quite a long wait. You need some serious help in the store. The lady that helped me was really sweet, but I think she can use some additional training. it sounded like she was trying to help another custody inside, but was talking through the mic. She needs to learn to turn her mic off when she’s not talking to the customer in drive up. The manager needs to take charge and do some extensive training in those areas. You know, customer satisfaction is everything this day.

Ordered a chicken biscuit for my son, added American cheese. Hardee’s just slapped the cheese on top of the biscuit and wrapped it up. I tried to call but got no answer. Also ordered the bacon pack and it wasn’t even warmed up.
