I ordered a pizza and salad yesterday at 231 location. I got home and the pizza was ice cold and dried out. I didn't call back as I didn't have time to sit over half an hour or more again as they were slammed. Called manager today and said what happened. She wouldn't do anything about it because I called the next day. They permanently lost us as a customer. She was very unprofessional in our conversation. I will take my business elsewhere.

Go up to thw window order your food pay then go park for 15 minutes they say. Drive back thru and food is piping hot and ready with a smile.

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and paid $30. They delivered 2 cheese pizzas no pepperoni’s! I called and the young lady that took my call had no remorse she just said the order was for cheese pizzas! I would have never paid $30 for cheese pizza! My boys don’t even like just plain cheese pizza. If I wanted cheese pizza I would have gone to Little Ceasers where the prices are more realistic.
