Ordered pizza at 5pm, when the estimated delivery time was 45 min. pizza got here at 6:30pm and was wrong. Then after calling multiple times we finally had someone bring our food by 8 pm.

The pizza was burnt couldn't eat the crust wings over cooked and it was late I ordered extra meat and cheese no extra cheese the time before that I ordered extra meat and cheese didn't get ether one of them I guess I will start ordering from domino's.

There is no hot sandwich like a Hungry Howies one. Sometimes, we get a sub and a salad to split, and it is a perfect meal. Their pizza and wings are good too!

I always order here and usually love the service and food. Just ordered today and originally placed as delivery but had to end up placing as pickup. Was not aware that it would end up taking away my coupon and the lady over the phone did not inform me at all. She was really rude and when I arrived had a major attitude, she was short and had dark hair and wearing headphones. Look I understand some people can have a bad day but please don’t take it out on your customers and at least dont look miserable to serve me.

The garlic butter crust is absolutely delicious! We got that on the pepperoni duo. The BBQ chicken pizza was also very good.
Employees were on ther phones drinking their drinks no hair protection and on their phones all around where they preparing food not once did anyone wash their hands pizza wasn't really that

I tried to order one of their specials that was advertised in the window, first we couldn't order through the lobby or eat inside, secondly they tried to charge way more than the special advertised, third thing was once we received our pizza it was NOTHING like the special we had ordered even though they reassured it was our order. And honestly, the food wasn't that good.

Delivery is all I get. The call, I believe, goes to a central call center, and they have not given critical info to the drivers to find the place but it still was piping hot and I have to say "Delicious" I haven't had HH truthfully since the 90's. The food at HH on 231 and Titus is outstanding
