We came today at about 12pm and we're sitting at the table for almost 2 hours before we got out food. When we finally got the food it was half cold, quite a bit of it was overcooked, burnt even and just didn't taste great. I got a mint milkshake thing and kept finding solid chunks of something in it.

Worst service in the world, should’ve left when it took five minutes for the host to bring a menu. Ordered the food which took 40 minutes for breakfast and to wait that long to find hair in the food. Greasy to say the least in my dad’s plate after he ate, mind you again it was breakfast.
Waiting for over an hour while watching others get served long after you’ve arrived. Giving out the hoomie hookup. Extremely unprofessional.

Would leave 5 stars if corporate wasn't in control of the air conditioning. How's it gonna be 40 degrees outside and you have the a/c on??? Asked if they could turn it off but was told it's corporate controlled, by people who aren't there to freeze to death??? 🤷 Come on guys, do better.
Everything else is great. But freezing while I eat makes me not wanna come in and sit down to eat.

Waited to 20 minutes to get in. Alot of tables were empty, but they were not sitting people in them. Finally got seated and the waitress never came and took our order. We left.
Don't stop here if you only get an hour for lunch. Cook only looks at one order at a time. Waitress had to help cook. She tried her best. Place was not crowded.

Many waits, I looked at the screen and the order I had placed from my phone app was the only one there, it took them a long time, all the orders were already completed and mine was never made, the lady who served me complained to them in the kitchen because they had not yet placed my order... Anyway, I never come here, I prefer to go to the iHop in Panama City Beach where they serve me well and with quality, than here where from the moment I walked in the first thing the lady told me was that they didn't have any burgers, that they could give me the regular one, and at the same price as the impossible burger...
Breakfast was great. 6$ menu is awesome for kids.
