Went there for for breakfast and have to say food.was amzing but service was even better! Shoutout to Misty, she took great care of me and my 3 friends and made sure drinks were filled, and was well adjustable to the group of us. All 4 of us were very satisfied with our food as well with relatively good pricing for teenagers!

The staff at this location portrayed out of line and unprofessional demeanor unbecoming of a large costumer service business. Upon arriving to receive my pickup order, there was a group waiting to be seated. 20min past and we were all still standing there waiting to be helped. That's when I called out if someone can help us. At that moment, a waiter came to sit the group in front of me. 30min past since my arrival and still no help for myself, I asked a different lady at the counter if she knew the status of my order. I was greeted with a disgusting attitude. She told me, that she didn't know about my order, that she's processing another order, and that I should just sit down and wait. I responded with can you get me someone who does know about my order. She replied, "I'm not a little girl", and that I she has done this too many times before. Conversation continues and she walks to the back yelling "can somebody come get this guy". A heavy set guy walks up raising his voice at me telling me to leave, and that no one disrespects his employees, and that I should just go to the Denny's down the street, not knowing any of the details that transpired, only that there's a guy up front meeting his staff with the same level of energy she's giving off. I tried explaining to him that he cannot come up here with this level of disrespect towards another human being all because his staff is flustered and doesn't know how to respond to customers correctly. This guy, (may have overheard that he was a manager) was completely out of line as someone in a leadership position. I walked out, and came back in seconds later realizing that I payed $70 plus gratuity (a joke) for food that I didn't get. I was met with another employee. Completely night and day difference compared to the rest. She helped me out by gathering my food, asking questions and apologizing. I really wish I got her name. None of the employees were wearing name plates. Turns out the establishment was recovering from a prom party and was backed up on orders. Which, I or any other customer in their right mind would have understood if that was mentioned upon walking in. All of this could have been avoided if staff greeted customers walking in, informing them that they are backed up and that orders may take longer. Look, from the lady with the attitude to the guy that approached me, this was just a poor representation of a company. Needless to say, I will never return to this or possibly another IHOP establishment. And will do my best to turn others off of the idea as well.

Service kind of subpar...could use some enthusiasm and professionalism but the good was good
Update: Ordered online and didn't get anything I ordered; got the wrong pancakes, staff didn't understand diff between chocolate pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes. Got the wrong chicken sandwich(didn't find out until I got home), they didn't have my drink, but offered a substitute only after I reminded them I had ordered one. They were behind and a customer was waiting otherwise I would have shown them a pic of what I ordered, but I left. Staff was working hard.(Understaffed)Original 6yrs ago: Went with my family. My sister's crepe was burnt to the point it looked like a chocolate crepe, but they deemed it worthy of being sent out. I ordered the egg white veggie omelette and it came out so incredibly oily and wet it was sickening. My mom ordered a salad with blue cheese dressing on the side and they put it in the salad. The tomato in our BLT still had the stem/core in it. And the time before last we were here there was a little bug in our food.
