Don’t order food from here. It’s terrible. The wings were overcooked, dry and hard. I just threw them out. The sliders were burned. And the roll spring rolls had a weird flavor to them. The order was wrong, the sauce that the wings were cooked in was super super sticky super sweet super chemicalized. All of it was just horrible. I should’ve known since this wasn’t a Wingstop type of place but inside at Chili’s. That should’ve been my sign not to order any food from them. Do not eat this food it’s gross

Not sure why they bake their wings and then fry them. That makes me think that they’re not fresh when I got my order. My wings were hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat them. I called them to let them know about my order. The manager was very nice. That’s one thing I can say that was good.

Absolutely disappointing. I ordered about 40 wings and barely made it through one before having to spit it out. For a restaurant with ‘wings’ in the name, you’d expect them to at least get that right—but these were completely inedible. If I had to rate that wing on a scale of 1 to 10, it would be a -10. I honestly don’t know how you mess up something as simple as wings, but if this place wants to stay in business, they need to seriously rethink their recipe and quality control.

Typing this review as I need to give my jaw a break from chewing these wings! Way over cooked and tough. Waited in the To Go spot for 10 minutes before going inside to pickup the food since nobody ever came out. Maybe if I had gone straight in, they wouldn't have had so long to keep cooking the wings... they were also out of the desert I ordered, but charged me for it anyway!
It's Just Wings replied to my review, but the link they provided just goes to their Doordash page, not a contact forum. To top all this, now the restaurant and Doordash are both refusing to refund the missing item. Great customer service from both companies!

Everything is good only when they got my order wrong that's why I don't give service 5 stars but the lady fixed my order right away
I ordered 8 piece bone in wings, and it was dry! I got the lemon pepper rub, and it tasted bland, no lemon pepper taste at all. The fries was so salty and a little soft. They had one job, make a good wing, and they failed at that. I couldn't finish the wings. The salty fries were hurting my mouth.
This is Chili's food from a Chili's resturaunt. Do not support ghost kitchens.
