Girl stopping in the middle of making a sandwich to touch her phone. Disgusting.
My response to the owner (1/21/25): I thought maybe your response was sincere so I gave your place another shot. This time the guy that made my sandwich stopped midway through to ring me up. Didn't bother changing his gloves after touching the register. If you cared about sanitation I think at least some of your staff would have been trained to handle food properly. I am going to report this facility to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for unsafe health and food safety practices.

On top of not making subs according to the order. You cannot reach this store to have them address the issue or refund the order. There is no way to reach the store on 23rd Street in Panama City other than going in. The sister shop in Lynn Haven refused to provide a number to reach a supervisor or acting manager in the store. This is the second we have experienced difficulty reaching this store.

Great food but their phone never works & it would be nice when you order online to have the option to get the vinegar and oil in a container on the side so deliveries won't be soggy sandwiches. And I love your vinegar and oil

Very clean atmosphere and good food. This is only my second visit to this exact location. Each time I've came while placing my order and waifing for it I've felt slight attitudes.
