Ordered two sandwiches and two bags of chips to be delivered by Uber Eats. Both bags of chips were missing. One sandwich was entirely wrong. It was supposed to be a number 8 club but was an Italian. The sizes of the sandwiches seemed way smaller than a usual regular as well.

customer service terrible. never been here before so i was just looking around, a little lost & they just starred at me like i was dumb and when gave me instructions, said it rudely. literally made me sit in my car for a minute to gather myself before going back in to order. ( i wasnt getting it for myself because if i was, i would’ve just left) i finally came in and ordered and after that, they walked away. So i just stood away from the counter and once again they just started staring at me not saying anything. finally lady says, when im ready i can pay ( man standing at the register didnt say anything to me). i paid & when my food was done, a girl came, sat it on my table and just walked away. I cant believe the costumer service i received today, it literally brought my mood down.

Foods is great, but every location i go to these days seems way more concerned with online orders. 6 people working, two people servicing walkups with 7 or 8 people in line. Maybe the JM's in my area should ONLY do online ordering.

I just wanted to share a fantastic experience I just had at the Jersey Mike’s on 23rd! I made an online order, but for the wrong location!! I walked into the 23rd street store and discovered my error, Collin and his compadre immediate jumped into action! One employee called the beach location and had the order refunded and Collin made my sandwiches PDQ! That my friends is QUALTY CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Jersey Mike’s on 23rd street has definitely earned a loyal customer! Thanks guys!

I have been frequenting this jersey mikes location for years and I noticed a significant positive change in the restaurant a couple years ago when Chris began managing. Prior to this, there were long lines and service was very slow. Now I come more often because I can get in and out much faster. Chris is a very hard worker. The restaurant is clean and the subs are fantastic. I will continue to revisit this location.
