Foods is great, but every location i go to these days seems way more concerned with online orders. 6 people working, two people servicing walkups with 7 or 8 people in line. Maybe the JM's in my area should ONLY do online ordering.

I just wanted to share a fantastic experience I just had at the Jersey Mike’s on 23rd! I made an online order, but for the wrong location!! I walked into the 23rd street store and discovered my error, Collin and his compadre immediate jumped into action! One employee called the beach location and had the order refunded and Collin made my sandwiches PDQ! That my friends is QUALTY CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Jersey Mike’s on 23rd street has definitely earned a loyal customer! Thanks...
