Pretty sure the lady working hates her job. Was out of Oreo stuff. Drink came out looking fire though

Understaffed, although staff was nice and coffee shop was clean. I ordered an Iced Americano (espresso and water) and it was luke warm and tasted like water, not one bit of espresso. Also ordered a cold brew and it was very bitter. Overall disappointing.

Just reopened and the new gentleman working there does not seem to know how to much any of the drinks. Which is fine, admit that dont tell me I must have gotten it elsewhere. Was so excited to get my favorite drink that I always get there. Definitely lost my business.
